Amelia took out a short wand with a large green emarald on the on it's head.she waved in air with her wand , white coloured long two ropes started to become from thin air. As more long white rope became it started to go towards the baby. White ropes entered touched on the head of the baby and entered without harming the baby .
As the ropes entered in the baby it started to wrap around the all the three souls , trying to make a artificial covering for all three of them. As the process got completed Amelia got supported by Silvan as he was standing near her.
" Are you okay? , you should take some rest." said Silvan
" I am good, just little bit exhausted. It will get better after I take some rest . I have made an artificial covering around the three souls, with this the middle soul will be strengthened enough to handle the powerful body , both combination of a dragonoid and a high human. He will need to train extra hard to control his mana pool so he can use mana."
"Martha please lead, lady Amelia in a guest room so she can take a rest as much she wants." said Cedar.
Old maid nodded and lead Amelia out of the basement and took her on first floor.
Voltan came near the sleeping child on the table and took out a necklace , the chain was made of dark gold almost as wide as a five mm. And connected with a small black scale.
When Cedar looked at the necklace he said " Father, is not that scale ..
" Yes this is the scale of the void gazer dragon Kalameet . It is the most valuable thing that I got after completing the S grade mission from emperor. As you know we don't have any rituals like high elves so this is the best thing I can give it to him as a grandfather." A happiness and a proud feeling could be seen in his voice as Voltan said it.
As everything settled down both Silvan and Voltan enjoyed their few days with their both child and grandchild as a happy family. Both Selena and Cedar left all their grievance behind and talked and laughed with both of them , as they knew something like might not happen again.
As they were both ready to depart " we will come at his thirteenth birthday again. and your idea of moving from here to Citadel city is good idea. We both think you should do that and enjoy your life with your son. " said both Cedar and Voltan before leaving.
Next day Cedar and Selena went to everyone they knew to meet last before leaving the city for good or bad .
" We will only take what is important and valuable and anything else will be left behind." said Selena ." Where are we going aunty?". asked Rose. "We are going to my old residance in Citadel. Before I met your uncle , I used to live there."
" I have rented two more carriage for moving the all the things you want trasport to your old residance." said Cedar. "Hmm okay and what are we travelling on.?" said Selena.
" You forgot , we also have a luxurious carriage, that we received from a wealthy nobel few years ago for safely escorting to capital city of empire."
"We will leave tomorrow morning as a early as possible, and don't talk like that . It will be our new home from now on." She pinched the Cedar while saying this.
When everyone were still sleeping, a wholesome family of Ironhold had allready left the city. They were allready on their way on north.
As they continued going towards north , tempreture was decreasing with every few kilometres they travelled. Selena took out warm clothes for both John and Rose as they both had potential risk of catching cold.
They reached at a place from a where a snowy terrain that slopes upward started to appear. It might be described as a snow-covered incline or a rising slope.
During their they took small breaks time to time, as the night came they halted their journey and camped for the night.
" We should take shelter here as the slope stops the snowy wind , it is very dangerous for to travel on icy slopes during night time." said the carriage driver.
A bonfire was lighting in the middle as everyone were sitting in a circular manner around it. " Do you need some more curry to eat". said Selena. " I don't think , it can go for another round." Showing her full tummy. Everyone laughed hearing this.
Everything sitting next to bone fire after completing their dinner. Rose looked up seeing the dark sky filled with stars and got mesmerized. " What does the stars do ? Are they important.? " asked Rose
Everyone got puzzled for what to answer. Old maid Martha smiled and said " Stars are very far away from us , that is reason they looks small. We might not reach them, but stars are symbol of hope. Our lives are very small, one we might disappear from the world and from the memories of our own but stars they always remember us."
Rose after hearing various stories , started to yawn " come here it's time to go bed." said Selena. She picked her up and put down near the cradle of John.
the scene of early morning sunlight reaching snow is a beautiful natures representation purity, clarity. It often acts like a turning point as the still, dark and lifeless scene transforms into full of vitality as sunlight touches the snow, creating azure snow.
While the scene was unfolding the carriage driver said , " the people of citadel city believe that the the the reason for blue snow is presence of the frost dragon that lives beyond the city in high mountains."
" That means a dragon lives in mountain." asked Rose . The carriage driver laughed and said " no one knows, what lies in the mountains , no one has seen the dragon with their own eyes."
As they continued to talk , they had already reached at the citadel city which is located in high altitude of fifteen thousand feet above the seed level. It is builded like a huge war fortress, as all of it is covered by huge gray coloured walls made of huge blocks. But in reality they are carved from the mountain it self, as it was whole one piece of a structure.
It looked more like the Kumbhalgarh Fort from India, as it was covered with long and high walls. the only difference is the Citadel can be seen covered in snow during every season. The all buildings
"Why we have to come on duty this early? , few people comes here hardly even during the day time."
"You cannot make excuses like this. We are the gatekeeper, so we need make sure that no one comes in here without our notice." said the old guard to the new recruit for guard position.
" Did you hear the sound , it's sounds like hoarse carriage more than two are coming towards us".
"How can you tell without looking, it could be something else?." said the young guard.
" I have lived almost half of my life here, do you it was for nothing.?"
"Halt the carriage , show us your identification and state your business. " said the old guard as the carriage came close to them after it could been seen , as it came out of the corner from the slope.
Cedar and the caariage man both came down from the carriage and talked to the city guard about their situation.
" I will like to inspect the carriage if you don't mind." said the old city guard
" Yes, you do your job". said Cedar. Cedar went with the young city guard for filling some documents.
After completing the process they enter the citadel city, houses and buildings were in block or rectangle shape, made of thick timber wood or rocks for durability. elevated from the ground so the bottom surface doesn't freez up. They were covered with steep pitched roof so that roofs doesn't accumulate the snow.
Passing by public starred at the carriage, as they were guided by old city guard towards the house.
' I never thought that someone will come to live in this house again after long time. It had to happen at some point.' city guard sighed and said " I have been keeping this house clean and well maintained for long time, so you would not have to worry about directly residing in it."
Cedar thanked the old city guard and as he was talking Selena came down from the carriage behind Rose and Martha.
Selena looked at the old city guard from behind and said " Martin ! ". The old city guard remembering the voice looked back and it was like yesterday as he remembered the face of beautiful lady and it was still same as it had been.
" It is good to see you again my lady." said Martin.
" You know him ?" said Cedar . " Yes, he was someone who helped me to get a residance and work, when I had just came here to live." said Selena.
" I only helped you once, but you helped me so many times after that. I will be always great full for that." said Old Martin.
" You have become wise and composed , unlike before when you were hot headed and reckless." said Selena. If the young guard was present here , he might have thought of , is she talking about the same person that I am working with.
Martin smiled and said "it might be short time for you my lady but for us humans , it is enough life time to experience all the wonders of life. " said Selena
Selena felt little guilty and wanted to say something before Martin intervened and said " Don't be sad for me my lady, I have already enjoyed my life. I have become a grandfather now, two grandchildren. My both sons lives in Exandria city, the oldest son has named his son after me."
After talking for a while Martin left for his guard duty again. Cedar with Butler, old Martha and carriage driver started to move the belongings inside the house."
' this house is even bigger than the previous house, would not be it very lonely to live in this house alone. Anyway , I am looking forward to live in here. It's very peaceful and this is my first time seeing real snow fall in my whole life time, from both this and my previous world.'
Every one were sitting in the living room after making the house more livable, more like trying to get the felling of a home.
"I am very grateful for your consideration for Rose , to recommend her in the academy of Engrasia."

I always felt sorry for that, I was the reason to make you left your home behind and it only added more when both parents of Rose died in the battle against empire. Meena was childhood friend of Selena , she was excellent in the all abilities she had mastered and was a rival and friends to both Selena and Cedar. Old Martha recalled everything as how Selena and her family had supported Meena as their own family for further growth. She wanted make Selena realise that it was them who had supported her family from the start, so she should never feel guilty about anything.
But tragedy happened leading death of Meena and her husband, leaving Young Rose behind , who was only five years old. Hearing the news about her daughter Martha was devastated and stayed in grief for days. Seeing this Selena couldn't stay still so she went directly to the whisper wind City and brought back Rose with her.
Old Martha brock down in tears as she hugged young Rose and after that she never looked back and started to take care of Rose with all the love she could muster.
"I think this is something that we must do, we always considered Rose our own daughter. Even before when we thought that we might not become parents but , now we have both a son and a daughter. She will become an excellent mage just like her mother." said Cedar.
Rose was allready sleeping against the cradle as her both hands were on the side line of the cradle supporting the weight of her small body , unknown to her something was being discussed about her.
As the evening came, the lights aof the house lit up after so many years. Snow fall stopped and night had already fallen on city like a sparkling mat as it was decorated by jewels.
