Time just flew by and John's birthday has also passed away. No one had the memories or more like it didn't even happen in the first place , other than John who only knew what actually in snowy mountains.
Cedar and Selena were sitting on dining table and were chatting over breakfast.
" Do you remember that I told you about empire giving suggestion of becoming part of their territory to both high humans and Dragnoid kingdom ? " asked Cedar.
" Don't tell me , Aethos kingdom agreed to them ?." said Selena.
" Not just them even Dragonoid kingdom also agreed to their terms." said Cedar as he still was in disbelief.
" How did you finded out that ?." asked Selena.
" From the news paper, this papers contains the most sensitive and daily updates of human empire and all the small kingdoms around it including our region."
" They also addressed our region with the name of free cities of North." said Cedar.
' why it feels like, there something wrong about it. But I can't pin point it.' " just forget about it " said Selena in low voice.
" Did you said something?." asked Cedar .
"Has human empire grown that much powerful , to bend both kingdom on their terms. Hmm . Give me the news paper. " said Selena as she took i8 from the hands of Cedar .
The Newspaper a full page for the article about the merging of the two kingdoms in human empire, it explained that the both kingdoms will be managed by their own ruler and they will not interfere in it.
This new changes will increase the tradding market, creating more safe routes for travellers and merchants , the human empire will also give their protection both kingdoms against the monster invesions , in destroying the running smuggling buisness of High humans and Dragnoids.
Selena briefed the whole article in few words and said it to Cedar.
" I don't think that human who are greedy will try to do anything that they have promised. Do you think it will work out ?" asked Selena.
" There is no need to worry about something that is not in our hands. I know you are worried about our families over there. You should remember how powerful our people are , they would not accept it without thinking so you should not worry about it more" said Cedar as he gave a small kiss on the forehead of Selena.
" You should be more worried about your son , his growth has increased so much in just six months that , I am having thought of he might need some real battles soon." said Cedar as he leaned back on the chair.
" When you say it like that , you are right . He is learning from both of us with astonishing speed that I had to forbid him to learn something new , instead I made him to comprehend all things he had learnt unit now." said as Selena sip of the tea.
" Should I wake him up?" said Cedar.
" Wake him up! He allready went out side for training even before I woke up."
" I only found it out after Martha told me , when I met her in kitchen." said Selena.
John was running on the city wall , as it almost covered the whole city except the northern region as it was filled snow cliffs.
John completed a full round around the city wall and stopped at the northern cliffs and started to climbing it. John did this all exercises without any use of mana to train his physical body to limit.
John panted and was drenched in sweat after reaching on top the cliff.
After catching the breath for few minutes. As John moved his hands gradually in air, water started appear and poured down on John. He moved hands again as a strong wind current collided with him and drying his whole body including clothes in seconds.
John walked little further then the cliff and seated down in half lotus position after finding a suitable place.
' I will perform the dragon breathing technique first as it mainly focuses on my body, after doing physical exercise doing this breathing is the best way to utilise it.'
Cedar thought to give the Dragon breathing technique as a reward to John after seeing him doing all physical exercise daily . John after getting the technique started find out the best way to utilise it. After trying for multiple times John found out that a body which might be with injuries or a body which has exhausted to the brim gets the most benefits from it.
It becomes easy for a mana to enter the body in empty container rather than a body
This technique does not focuses only on making the body stronger and durable. It focuses o increasing the capacity of mana heart , also focuses on the all internal organs . It highly focuses on increasing stamina and strength of the person.
His body was well buffed for a six years old child , no one will believe seeing his body that he might be a six years old boy.
He continued the breathing exercises for one hour. John opened his eyes and looked at his body to see the all progress he has made in just a half year .
" This breathing technique has saved me so much time, without it I might have taken more than three times of the current speed, if I had depended purely on physical exercise." said John before closing his again before going in meditation
But this time this technique was spirit ocean technique.
A spell caster usually develops a mana consciousness inside of his mind. This allows him to store large amount of mana and high quality spells that might not be possible for the people who develops their core in either in chest or abdomen.
A core developed in chest focuses more on physical body as it provides powerful and strong body but lacks ability to create large soul space that is responsible for registering large and complex spell formulas. Whereas the mages have weak bodies compared to them.
In simple a mage is someone who focuses on soul or spirit power whereas the remaining focuses on their bodies to optimize themselves for the best of their abilities.
John still stayed in the lotus position and continued with the mana ocean breathing.
Selena thought mana ocean breathing technique three months ago after Cedar told her that John had already mastered the dragon breathing in one month. It wasn't the end as they found out that John also mastered the second technique in one month.
Mana ocean breathing technique focuses on the soul as it increases the size of mana pool and increasing the purity of ocean of consciousness.
After completing the breathing techniques , he stood up and focused murmured Fire storm. A powerful fire appeared as wave of the ocean and collided with the nearby snow cliffs obletering half of it.
" Hmm if this will continue like this than , I might become some kind of demon lord or something."
It had allready been a half day, realising he might get in trouble if he missed the lunch time. John ran towards the cliff and jumped down as he created long ice roads under both of his feets and started to glide down from the cliff.
The running and jumping had generated enough momentum for John to reach all the way to the central park of the Citadel city.
" Mom look that, I want to do that too." said a young boy as he noticed John coming with full speed.
" No , you should not do that. It is very dengerous."
" But mom it's fun , dad tell mom to let me do that to."
" You better leason to your mom or you would not get the toy I promised." The boy instantly became silent after hearing that from his father.
" I think we should try to meet both couple and tell them about their child's behaviour is concerning. They should try to scold their and teach about some manners or he might become be the reason for influencing our children." said oa red haired fat lady who was looking in her fourties. She was also sending nearby with her child.
" Her mother always looks down on us as she never considers as their equal."
" Hmm but she looks very beautiful and kind and her husband looks so handsome and powerful." said a girl in her early twenties.
" You should never be mistaken by someone's appearance."
A old man hearing this interepted them and said " you should not even think about that."
" And why is that ? " said the red haired woman.
" Don't you know , half month ago some adventurers had came in the city as they wanted to visit the home of their old college. and how they talked about them with full of respect , I think they must be some powerful adventurers to. "
" That's not all , a friend of mine also told me that he knows them. They are one of the few surviving adventurers from the black day."
" What is the black day? " asked the young boy after hearing it.
"Is that true.? " asked the fat woman. and continued " Then we should never allow our children near them or their child." said the fat woman.
John who was observing the rapid changes in the city as more people were coming from the other regions and all the construction being made all around the city. Just not the buildings looks were changing, peoples behaviour also started to change at one point.
' was what I said to the frost dragon lead her to let this happen. Now when I think about it was good before as people stayed more organised and interfere less with eachother almost like puppets, but now they are becoming more and more bold. Or I am just an introvert .' thought John as he passed the all onlookers.
The young girl with the fat woman was Sienna , she had also inherited the red hair from her mother. When she looked at John , his eyes also ended on her creating blush on her face.
John didn't give a thought into it as he passed them and went towards his home.
" Mom , I am home."
" Hmm , your father is waiting for you to start the lunch."
" And you? "
" You should go, I will be coming in a minute."
" Okay."
" Did you make any friends?." asked Selena as they had started to eat .
' where did that come? They never asked it before.'
Seeing the pause on the face of John , the answer was clear for Selena.
" I know you want to become powerful and strong like us , and ideologing me and your father to become an adventurer . Every parents would love that but it is okay to make friends , to do some mischiefs and laze around."
" You want me to make friends ? ." asked John as he looked at his pleading mother.
John had learnt one thing from his father about her mother that never try to say no to her or it would not be good for him.
After finishing lunch John went towards the central park, it was built near the central region of the city, from where name came.
It was filled with greenery and various trees. It was warm compared to the normal temperature around the city. The city guardian specifically made it for the people of the city who wanted to experience the environment of warm regions.
It quickly became an attraction all around the city specially for old citizen and childrens who wanted to try something new.
The city guardian was a mysterious person as he always put a hood to cover his face and never revealed his name.
John entered the park and started to wonder around.
Did he really needed to make friends?. He was allready old enough where he thought this is not a good idea for him to make friends, not the physical age but mental age as he was allready in early twenties when he died in previous world.
Several thoughts passed in John mind, about not trying to make friends with children as it might become a drage.
" Hey look at that the boy ,I talked told you about." said the the boy from yesterday .
" Hey buddy, my name is Max and this my friend Curt. He said me how you were going so fast on snow."
They both had the features of local people of the city including red hair and narrower nasal passages to warm and humidify cold air, flatter faces with fat pads over the sinuses causes minimum heat loss and protecting underlying structure , and vertical eye folds that covers the corner region of the eye.
" What about it?".
" We also want to do that, can you also let us join ?."
" It's preety dangerous, are you sure.? and will that girl also join. ? "
' This might be the chance for me to make friends with them. It's good idea, I will just pretend to play around them for a while so mother will not become suspicious.'
Thought John as he could see his both parents watching from behind the nearby trees.
" No , she would only accompany us. By the way she wanted to make friends with you to."
The girl come closer to John as her Chicks started becoming red. " Hii , my name is John. " He lifted his hand towards the girl and introduced himself after seeing the pause on the girl.
She used both of her hands for the handshake and closed her eyes as she said " my name Sienna, I also want to become friends with you."
