Staring up at where the tailed beasts were trapped, on top of one of the rocks looking down at Naruto was sasuke, and behind him was a massive gate summon with a weird face and open mouth attributed to the Naraka path of the rinnegan.as well as a lizard looking animal with many legs and snake for a tail which is also a summon.
The naraka path of the rinnegan has two abilities known for being interrogation and restoration, one by extracting the tongue of the intended individual however there is a high chance of death and the other by a certain aspect of healing through the king of hell.
How sasuke got here was simply earlier he had summoned four creatures rather than three and although Naruto should've been able to sense the fourth, that totally depended on the situation and immediate threat, considering Naruto was mixed among his clones with sasuke as the objective, if he had focused a tiny bit more he would have noticed on a tree around his which clones also spawned from was sited this summon and it had the ability to camouflage itself.
It had makeshift wings but that didn't help it fly however what did help it fly was the bird, the consistent movement of taking to the skies, back and forth despite many other Naruto in the skies as well was for this reason.
And although sasuke himself could get here by himself if he tried, he seemed to want to be saving most of his chakra up for something!
Masking his chakra signature in the birds mouth while using their connection to see the outside world, that was how he had tricked Naruto senses.
Sasuke stepped forward by two steps and then the chameleon and naraka king of hell summon dispersed.
"he seems to have recovered from most of his injuries" kurama said to Naruto
"yeah, I can see that, must probably one of that rinnegan abilities"
"change of plans naruto, he has got the edge now, he is buying time for something big, you can see him absorbing the scattered tailed beast chakra into his body…" kurama asaid
And indeed sasuke through his feet was absorbing the chakra of the tailed beast he stood on right now with the assistance of the the Preta path, he was unaware of which tailed beast he stood on however it made no difference to him.
"Naruto, is that all you've got?" sasuke said with a Smirk
Immediately Naruto dispersed most of his clones as two kurama avatars stood in their place charging tailed beast bombs while he charged up two tailed beast bomb Rasenshuriken.
Sasuke on the other-hand never flinched as he immediately summoned a Susano that stood midair and used its wings and body as shield for him to tank those attacks.
A massive bang rang out immediately upon contact and most of the susano wing and body lost substance but overall its owner was unharmed.
