???: "Then why did you give up on it? Rather than that, did you really give up on that dream, Hoshito?"
My eyes start to open before I answer that question. The roof was unfamiliar to me, and the smell was just like any hospital you smell in.
Hoshito: 'Am I in the hospital?'
I tried to lift my body, but it was painful. Feeling all the ribs that broke from Hollow made it slow to lift my body. I looked around and found myself in a normal room that seemed to be resting.
Hoshito: "Yep, I'm in the hospital. But who brought me here?"
And as the world felt answering me, the door opened showing me, the last Quincy, the glasses boy who has pride in his race, Ishida Uryu. He noticed I was awake and then closed the door behind him.
Ishida: "You are awake. How are you feeling?"
Hoshito: "Good, if you ignored the pain in my body."
Ishida: "It's natural since you broke 3 ribs."
My gaze went down when I learned that. The room went awkwardly silence, none of us said anything.
Ishida: "If you're thinking who brought you here, that would be Chad. He isn't here at this moment, but he will be back after checking on something."
Hoshito: "I see…"
Hoshito: 'Chad was the one who found me?!! Oh no, no, no, I can't get involved with the main cast yet. Damn it, first was Tsukishima who came to me, and now two of the main cast!!! Don't you think everything is going fast!' I thought while giving a calm face to Ishida.
The room went silent again, but not for long as Ishida came closer to me with suspicion expression on his face.
Ishida: "Anyway, I will go straight to the point and ask, who are you, and why do you have Hollow reiatsu in you? Are you just like Ichigo or like Visords?"
Hoshito: "Don't you think you are asking too directly?" I said with an awkward expression.
Ishida: "... just answer the question."
Hoshito: 'He didn't deny it…' I thought before answering.
Hoshito: "I don't actually know what I am, but somebody told me that I have Hollow's riatsu because I was near death when I was a newborn baby."
Ishida's eyes widened when he heard that. His face went into a serious expression.
Ishida: "You said someone told you that? Can you tell me who he is?"
Before I could answer, the door opened, showing Chad with Orihime.
Orihime: "Good afternoon, Ishida-Kun!!!"
Chad entered and closed the door behind him. Ishida was surprised to see Orihime.
Ishida: "Orihime-San! Why are you here?"
Orihime: "I just pumped into Chad-Kun, and I asked why he is here, and he explained to me~."
Hoshito: 'Nice timing, Orihime! Wait, no, it's bad timing! And why do I have bad feelings right now?'
Chad looked at me with a concerned expression on his face. I don't want to worry him more since this is our first meeting.
Hoshito: "You are Chad, right? The glasses guy told me that you found me and brought me here, thanks."
Chad nodded, and his expression went soft now. Orihime noticed me and went closer to me. Her face is closer to my face, and she looked at me with her eyes.
Orihime: "I knew it, you have the same eyes as Ichigo! But… It's much darker, why?"
Her words felt like bullets hitting my face. I know the fact that I have many similarities with Ichigo, but unlike him, I'm not a hero; I'm just a boy who loves playing games and reading novels. My hands clenched on the planked holding myself together.
Then there were loud voices coming outside the room.
???: "God, please don't let this boy die today!!"
???: "Hey, you shouldn't run in a hospital, and you told me that they said it's not a deep injury!"
Hoshito: 'That voice! Don't tell me…'
As I feared, the door opened fast, and the figure ran towards me and hugged me.
Arata: "Hoshi-Chan!! Thank God you are okay!!"
Hoshito: 'Why are you here, you Skull bastard…?!'
At that moment, Ichigo showed up at the door, breathing heavily.
