"A Terramourn Swirl appeared on the island of El Nido," Commander Lan said.
"A TS in a coastal area? Vortexes are getting out of hand," Etienne muttered.
I agreed. Normally, the type of vortex that shows up in an area depends on the local terrain. Researchers had noticed that pattern so far. Mountainous regions tend to connect to worlds of cliffs and highlands, which is where a Terramourn Swirl would likely appear.
Not on an island known for white beaches.
El Nido is in the eastern part of the country. It is still under the jurisdiction of the 1st Division.
"What class?" Claude asked.
Commander Lan grabbed the remote and pressed a button. The screen behind him lit up. He stepped aside and zoomed in on a red circle on the map. "Class S," he replied grimly.
Silence filled the room.
