"So, what do I need to do? Why do you want me to accompany you?" Yohana questioned, trying to understand her role in a confrontation with a troublesome council member.
"You will be the one helping me there," Iskander stated simply. "Meet me in five minutes in my chamber. And don't forget to take your medicine."
Yohana nodded. Gathering her thoughts, she gave him a respectful bow and walked out of the study. After quickly taking her prescribed medication with a glass of water, she went straight to Iskander's wing. When she arrived, she found the Alpha King pulling a pair of black leather gloves over his large hands.
"Yohana, you will enter Percy's study while I am talking to him and keeping him busy," Iskander said, finally turning his piercing gaze to her as he lowered his hands. "I bet you can handle that, right?"
