10:30 am James, Jake and the auditor walked straight into the board meeting sitting in the main seat. "About this meeting I'm the biggest share holder of the company as of yesterday and within the day we found a lot of interesting stuff" James moved his index finger signalling them both to place a folder in-front of everyone.
"normally I wouldn't change a thing but rot breeds rot so as you can see I'm taking full control of the company and removing the filth"
"with everyone here you don't have complete control, I motion for him to be removed from the board" an older man snickered
James smiled enjoying the fight back "why don't you read the folder before getting smart"
everyone read the folder at the same time, "As I was going to say, either transfer the company shares to me free of charge and admit your wrongdoing, those who had nothing to do with the filth can remain at the company. or the second option which will be my favourite"
a third of the board stood up yelling "we will see you in court"
as they finished speaking Morgan and Henry walked in "since you want to go to court we will personally have lawyers to help The Young Master"
Morgan signalled the laywers beginning to prepare "you may go we will see each one at court"
James didn't interfere and enjoyed their interjection. having the reminder of the board members remaining seating James said "I know you all have nothing to do with it, but because of your oversight of the company it had lead us to this point, I will give you all a proper amount to remain at the company but I don't think you all are fit for the board"
they nodded and signed the transfer contract. leaving James and the others in the room "everyone please have a seat"
Sliding the contract over to Morgan "this is what we spoke about the other day and I signed it already"
Morgan slid another contract over "this is what we had decided "I hope this fixes our past mistakes"
"Morgan, this is more than enough. thank you"
The mother and son breathed in a sign of relief "I asked you two here today, because I wanted to discuss something with you"
"Speak freely"
"You Morgan kept money aside for so many years that could have helped you out a lot while you were still growing yourself, which showed me how responsible your family truly are. so why don't you we both join forces in this company, we can use this company to bring our families closer"
Morgan and Henry looked at each other saying "I will be open to the idea but will have to do negations"
"Of course Elder, because it involves both of our families it will be best if we do the negotiations ourselves" James spoke politely
Morgan said "lets went till after the court stuff. my lawyers will handle everything on your behalf, judging based on what you did today you need to sort out this company first. so, we can talk once everything is settled"
"Yes Ma'am, once everything is finished, we can discuss it further"
"Oh, one more thing the 7% are in your name solely. so, I advise you to get yourself an asset manager and a financial advisor."
James looked at everyone else in the room saying, "no one is allowed to repeat anything about this meeting between Miss Morgan, Henry and myself, got it?"
Everyone nodded as James continued "Just letting you all know because our own discussions should be our own"
the auditor and Jake was already nervous being in the same room as Mrs Morgan before the door to the meeting room swung open. Having Ollie and Riley walking in. they knew straight away who those two were as well "S-sir maybe Jake and I shouldn't be here for this"
"you two sit there and be silent"
Morgan found those two amusing, "we are here today to pay compensation on behalf of our families" Riley said without delaying any further.
"ok we will get to that, but did both of you just use your status in this city to barge into my Personal company?" James asked curiously. James looked at Morgan saying "people these days can just waltz right in without an appointment"
Ollie and Riley turned deathly pale "James, stop teasing them they are already scared
"Ok Ok, have a seat." James looked at the auditor and Jake excusing them both as Morgan excused her people to wait outside waiting till the door to click shut "Riley compensation will be the same as Morgan which is 7%"
"that is reasonable the elder already thought of that and I have the transfer-ship papers here"
Ollie did not dare to look up from the table as they were talking as if it was already settled "As for you Charles how much should i dare to charge you?"
James aura turned deathly making everyone in the room quiver in fear "why don't you tell them what you did and I think we can ask what would be reasonable"
Ollie gulped as tears began to fall down his face. everyone noticed and something in them began to stir "Speak" Morgan said already feeling uneasy, he tried to speak but no words could not be formed.
"My apologies everyone" James spoke as he began to take off his shirt showing his bare skin. "Ollie look at me, do you remember now?" scars ran all over James's body from all sorts of wounds from burn marks and other things making James's body look like a chopping board.
James put on his shirt and coat again, "Charles I would explain what you did and why you should be on the best behaviour each time you see me"
Ollie still unwilling to speak, James got up and worked back into his office while the Wendy and Frank were still working.
