Starting at the bottom floor they toured the company floor by floor; it was the perfect time not many people were in at that time. James was quite amazed at their situation at and how they were, by time they reached the President's office the Vice President was waiting at the door "Hello Young Master I'm the Vice President Celia Evermore" She spoke with the up most respect.
James introduce himself back, as they entered the office James sat down on the lounge away from the desk. "The reason I came today is to Introduce myself, as well as to let you both know that some of my people will be coming tomorrow to help the company back on its feet. there will be no changes to leadership or anything like that but if you have an issue or wanting to know what is going on in the company I can place someone to go undercover to see how your department runs day by day"
President Cho spoke up "that would be appreciated Vice President had had their own concerns, but we couldn't find solid evidence"
James nodded and sent a text, "I will let you know the names of the people and what they look like to join different compartments and they will report back"
"oh by the way after the projects are done I want you guys to focus on buying land that comes up for sale, and then have The Brand take first dibs and have a share on the contracts, if there a land you want to build on that will be fine too. I will transfer money for the land personally"
"We can do that sir but why The Brand?" Cho asked
"This doesn't leave this room The brand is my own business as-well and i want to secure the best for both"
"Got it Younger Master, we have projects already active so we can send the proposals to them right away" Cho said straight away
James smiled "I will talk to the heads at The Brand to do the same so it's a win-win for everyone"
Julian messaged back letting him know that everything was arranged and the details of the other companies, standing up James said "it's time for me to leave everything has been set up and will be forwarded everything to you"
James climbed into his car before he could start moving his phone began ringing, Stefan was calling "Young Master, are you free?"
"I'm free now"
"The friends I told you about are going to Imperial Hotel VIP room 1 meet them"
The Imperial was just a block away so getting there only took a couple of minutes, a waiter opened the door of Vip room one for James. as everyone is accustomed to James frequent visits and knows that that room is where he has meet ups. "Young Master this is Elder Charles from the Kennedy family beside him, his son and the current head Ollie, the next is Elder Morgan and her son the current head Henry of the Riley family. Then next from the Leroy family Elder Davis and his daughter Riley"
James looked at the last family "Mr Flora we meet again, this must be your son? it is a pleasure to meet you all"
"Yes, Maverick" He answered proudly
the waiter continued "This is the sole heir to the Jefferson's Mr James"
The waiter escorted James to the head of the table since it was for everyone to meet, James took his seat "Stefan had set this up, does anyone what that old geezer is playing at?" James asked as the waiter poured a wine into his cup
"As per the customs...." Maverick began to speak before Davis cut him off "let's not speak on customs, if this was a mere custom meeting then we would have been given more time to prepare"
Everyone nodded in approval.
"Stefan had prepared us to meet today since you graduated, but even we don't know his plans" Davis explained
Maverick rolled his eyes "let me speak freely you have the top 3 families here and the wealthiest so with our four families here why does a no name person sit in the head seat, let alone never brought any gifts"
James looked at him indifferently speaking calmly "oh gifts, are you saying that with all four of your families you can't afford to buy yourselves anything? that seems like such a shame, do you want some pocket money?"
Everyone was amused hearing James's address Maverick, Morgan spoke up "we were instructed to meet with you and get to know you while passing on a few things Stefan had us working on for a few years."
"What had Stefan had you all working on?" James asked
Morgan clapped once, having people working in "These are your Graduation surprises, the first is from the Flora family, a residential area you own 30% making you the second biggest shareholder, second from the Leroy family a custom-made Rolex. third gift is from Kennedy family, a shopping mall that you have 70% ownership. and the fourth gift from My family a black card, your dad invested 100 million in my family and for the best 20 years it had been sitting in this card gaining interest of 30%"
"These gifts are way too much, I appreciate you all generosity"

sighing out of hopelessness "in that case, can i ask you all if i use 20% of the money on that black card to invest in all four of your next projects?"
Charles eyes widened "you are giving out 3.8 billion to each of us, but some of our projects don't require that much"
"yes that a no?" James asked with a smile
"it isn't a no but that is 19 billion you are just giving up. you could use that to increase your own network" Charles explained
"James, Charles is right. Please think it over" Morgan insisted.
"So far, I have 2 companies and 12 assets without counting cars and the ones you guys gave me. plus, the money in my personal account, I want to use that black card as a sign of good faith between you all and me. Money isn't an issue, but growing solid connections" James explained as carefully as he could.
