Lesser's face had a hint of surprise in it, as much as curiosity. It didn't take long for the runes of the echo to appear for him.

It was weak, and it wasn't good in a fight, with how easy it was to kill them, and the only reason it was dangerous was that there were many of them. And its only attribute it had was to change the material of the strings by eating things. Lesser look at Mary and then to the Echo.
"So… Mary, what do you make with this one?"
"Its easy to talk to someone that reads things fast."
Mary's eyes were turned to Adam, but Lesser saw that the eyes landed on Lee first. As the only two that can read the attributes or the enchantments of things in their possession, and the only crafter in the group, so it didn't take long for him to realise its uses.
"So what do you want me to make?"
"Garments, but not now."
"True, we need more armor or clothing."
"Weapon too."
Lee apperd behind Lesser. Looking at the new echo. He hadn't heard the whole talk that Lesser and Mary had, but it was easy that the echo was more of a utility type echo from the pieces he had heard.
"But no more spinning blood, okay, Lesser."
"I will try."
Turning his head away, Lesser looked at the path that they was tacking. It was dark.
Adam walked past the group and headed farther into the path. Following him was Dreamsoul, its arms covered in the spider's blood, it didn't even bother to look at the new echo. Mary and Lee move after him, and Lesser follows. The Mad Stringer Arachn standing there seeing its master walking away, after the light growing tiny, it then followed after.

Spiders were everywhere in the forest, but of this spider the only stronger one was an awakened monster. And they attacked in groups of twenty to fifty. So Lesser was tired of them. Stabbing one in its head, and to hear the spell whisper to him.

But it was normal for him to hear it at this point. Not one or two, five at the saw time, thanks to his echo Dreamsoul. And it was a killing machine, as the strongest in the party, but sadly they had discovered that it wasn't affected by Lee attributes, but it was better than Adam and Lee in a battle. So Lesser was still getting the most kills of them, but what was the point, if their armor and weapons were slowly begging to be destroyed, even with Lee's attributes.
"How long before we can rest?"
Stamping one more.

"Don't know!"
Lee's voice sounded behind him, the pain was clearly dancing in his voice, that was because his body had many cuts on it. His flag was shining in the web forest, like a beacon for everything to find them, but without it they wouldn't have their wounds heal.
"Can we burn this forest down then?"
Stabbing on more.

"NO!"
Adam's scream was coming out loud and clear. His armor was gone, the metal part at least, so everyone could see that he was covered in more wounds then everyone combined, but because of his flaw, he didn't feel a thing, and he was getting stronger, thanks to his attributes. Blood of the nightmare creature was everywhere, where he stood. On his wooden spike a spider hangs, turning to the cohort.
"That was the last one, right Mary?"
"Yes."
Mary's breathing was heavy. Her armor was slowly breaking. Lesser looked up, and was his echo eating another spider. He had ordered it to do so, he wanted to see what strings would show. But every time he tried to look, more spiders appeared. Lesser was breathing with the timing with Mary.
"Haah, haah… So, how about we go closer to the edge of the forest instead?"
"Maybe, but if another group of this spider appeared, most, if not all our armor will be destroyed."
Adam said, the man with no armor on. The upper layer of Mary's armor was gone too. Lee and Lesser didn't have any other layers to theirs. Lee looked to the north.
"North out and slowly move east, and if we find a good spot to rest, we tack it in steadily."
Turning to look at the cohort, and seeing Lesser, Adam and Mary looking at him. No word was needed for them, so they ran north. With their luck it didn't matter where they were, more spiders would come to them, so they ran the fastest they could.

Lesser had fallen from exhaustion, so he was now being carried by Adam. The Dreamsoul was defending the ground in the front. They hadn't met a bigger group of spiders, only a group of ten to fifteen. So it wasn't hard, and that was after running about an hour of their time no more ground had appeared. But they did find something at the end of the hour, it was a pond, not a big one, but water. They may have gone to it, if not for a moth bigger than Lee lying over it. But for some reason Mary and Dreamsoul had walked up to it. Mary turns to the group.
"What are you guys waiting for?"
"What are you doing waking up to that moth?"
"What Moth?"
Adam and Lee look at her domefounded, but Lesser had woken up in the middle of their talks. And a voice spoke to him from nowhere.
"What do you see?"
Lesser turned to Mary, and behind her was a pond with flowers surrounding it and in the middle of the pond was a stone striking out, it looked like something small was lying there. Lesser then drop his [Stalwart Chisel] on Adam. Now he saw the pond differently, it now had a moth bigger than Lee, lying over the pond. And when the [Stalwart Chisel] landed on Adam, he saw the pond change.
"What the."
"It's an illusion."
Lesser had taken his memory back from Adam when he got up to walk to the pond. And when [Stalwart Chisel] left Adam's hand, the pond changed again back to the big moth. Mary and Lee turn to Lesser, Lee then realises that because Mary has stronger mind protection, so the illusion didn't work on her.
So when Lesser got close to the pond, nothing happened, but for Adam and Lee, they saw the moth leg attacking Lesser, and going through him. Then Mary did the same and the moth attacked her too. So Adam decided to walk up to the pond, The moth attacked again, but this time something did happen, Adam was sent flying in the air, hitting a web tree. Lee saw him being hit and flying to a tree, Mary and Lesser saw him just fly away, and hitting a tree. Only one word escaped their mouth.
"What?!"
Adam looked at them, he then closed his eyes and then walked up to them, the moth attacked again, and then sent him flying to another web tree. This was the third test they had done on him. Lesser look at Mary.
"Failure, so it doesn't matter if you see it, if you are under its illusion it will still hit you."
"It is a good illusion, what next?"
Lee from the other, screaming.
"Your chest Lesser, doesn't it give mind and soul protection?"
Lesser looked at him and then walked up to Lee, summing the [Tears of Home]. It appeared by his side, and Lee who was in the area of effect saw the pond change and the moth had shrunk down to a normal size. Adam walked up to them, his arm was broken again. Lee touches Adam's arm and heals it. Now that the illusion was gone from them they walked to the pond, Lesser saw his spider echo was now following him too. He had forgotten about it till now. So when they got to the pond, he had turned to look down on his echo, and it was looking up at him. It was awkward.
"Soo… how does you string–"
As Lesser was asking it, the spider realised it strings out. Lesser looked at it for a second, and then picked it up. The first thing he noticed was it was fluffy. Tasting it some more, It was durable and flexible, but he still didn't know if it had other effects. His echo realises more strings and he was spinning the strings around a branch, branches. It stopped producing more strings when the tenth branch (about 10kg clean spinnable wool) was fully covered. Lesser turned to Mary to ask, but then a rough fist landed on his face.
Adam and Lee sitting beside the chest, their armor was gone, and they were cooking some meat. Lesser walked up to them, holding some bundle of strings. Sitting down, he dismissed his garment, and then tried to weave the strings, as best he could.
"So how is the meat going?"
Lee looked at him, a weak smile showing.
"Is going batter then a fist to the face."
The Dreamsoul was standing guard over Mary, when she was cleaning herself, under Annalee command. It looks at the guys at the fire, then looks down at its now comrade, and the spider looks up at it, then it climbs up it and lays down on top of Dreamsouls head.
