We both leave the island early in the morning and soon we will landed on phillpines
We didnt tell about pregnancy to my family i just wanna see there reaction
And also they are going to see me again after an 2 month
As we reach the phillpines we sit on car and straight go toward kuya house
" jay are you okay ? Did you fell tired ? Do you need rest ... lets go house first " keifer said i smiled and shook my head

We change our clothes then take some rest at eveing we left for orphanage

I look around and saw keifer is also feeding few kids and talking and laughing with them
I smiled and our day pass like this with them
We bid bye to them... i got little emotional and cried too but keifer comfrot me saying we will come here soon with our baby
" byee byee " they all waved at us we smiled and waved back
As we reach the house i collapsed on couch
" its really a hectic day" i said keifer also sit beside me
" mam sir somone is outside saying she is miss jay mom" maid said and i got froze...
