The quiet in the main office did not last very long. The side door opened, and Marcus walked back into the room, holding his laptop tightly against his chest.
His face still looked a little pale from what he had seen in the basement earlier, but his eyes were fixed on his computer screen. He was completely unaware of the massive family secret that Harrison and Julius had just uncovered in the cells.
"I finished copying the data from Arthur's mobile device," Marcus said, setting his computer down on the main desk.
He tapped a few keys, bringing up a fresh list of numbers and saved messages. "I found a set of hidden routing numbers and private text lines. This is how the main source has been funding Arthur's entire network for the past year."
Harrison stepped back from Julius, clearing his throat as he forced his expression to turn completely blank.
