The house is too quiet when Yeon Yujun gets home, which means Lee Seolji is either asleep or plotting something.
It turns out to be the second one.
"Oppa." She's sitting at the kitchen table when he comes in, both hands wrapped around a mug of something that smells suspiciously like the instant cocoa Kim Misook keeps hidden behind the rice cooker for emergencies. "We need to talk."
"That's never good when you start with that."
"Sit down."
He sits down. Pouch, finally stirring from its nap, climbs out of his jacket and immediately makes a beeline across the table toward the cocoa, invisible to everyone in the room except him.
'Don't,' Yeon Yujun thinks at it, with no expectation that it will listen.
It does not listen.
