Both of them gave him a disturbed look.
"Hmm…" They thought about the idea for a while.
Cassien had to act more convincing.
"The rewards are 50 Gold Coins… We'll split it evenly. I'll get 25; both of you could get 12.5. How does that sound?" He asked.
They stumbled on the question, aware that he would get more than them. But money wasn't the issue. They simply wanted to go out on a quest with Cassien.
Cassien pointed at the mission. "This should only take around a day to complete."
Olivia eventually stuck her hand out, while Aiysha looked at her with an emotionless expression.
"Just this once."
"Fine… just this once."
"Great!" Cassien yelled pleasantly. "When do you guys want to go?" He asked.
"Now." Both of them responded simultaneously.
Cassien scratched the back of his head awkwardly.
"Now…?"
'I wanted to get a full day's rest at least… Fuck!'
Both girls looked at him as if he had just asked the dumbest question they had ever heard.
