'What the hell was that?'
Marcus had seen the black swordsman drag the woman away, for reasons unbeknownst to him. He hadn't the tme to dwell on the matter for too long however, for the world he transported into had demanded his entire attrention.
This one was even stranger than the last. There were three blazing suns in the sky, shining unabatedly. As Marcus finally materialised fully within the world, he found himself within a city with structures that were unlike anything he had seen on earth.
The structures were made out of ruby-red glass, resembling giant tornados that were perpetually spiralling the more he looked at them, or perhaps that itself was an illusion. The people around him however couldn't be further than that, they were the most strangest of aliens, with pink skin and wizened faces and eyeballs on the exact location where you'd find them on a human--though theres were much larger.
And, in the distance, there was a humongous statue in their likeness, standing diligently next to a tower that was even bigger than it.
The tower! That's the one I need to destroy?

[REWARDS]
-1500 Soul Fragments(5x Beginner Bonus)
-3000 Gold(5x Beginner Bonus)
-2x Yadrat Units
'Is clear the world just a subtle way of saying kill everyone? Also, what's up with the Yadrat units? Based off of the manga, I don't think they were all that strong.'
Marcus put these thoughts aside and summoned all three of his main units. Vegeta spawned into the world with a deep scowl on his face, Esdeath arrived with a much more pleased countenance, and Crocodile's eyes were burning with rage.
''You again!?'' Crocodile complained, pointing his golden hook at Marcus.
''Me again.'' Marcus smiled. ''Alright you guys. We have two main objectives. We need to clear this world and destroy that tower ahead,'' he said, pointing at the tower in the distance. Just as these words left his mouth, Vegeta raised his hand, conjuring a single beam of light in his palm. The light began spreading rapidly and, before Marcus even knew it, he had engulfed the entire Yadrat with a single Ki attack.
The attack was much akin to a nuclear explosion. For a while, Marcus couldn't see anything but the purple colouration that engulfed his vision, but when the light faded, his eyes revealed to him a sight that was even more devastating than his hometown back on earth.
In an instant, Vegeta had destroyed the entire city. Every living soul within it was dead, mangled, and broken like the very structures that crushed and flattened them.
''You're still alive!?'' Vegeta yelled, utterly nonplussed. Indeed, Marcus and his other units were unphased by the attack. And so, Vegeta took to raising his hand again, preparing the same attach that had decimated the entire city.
''Wait, Vegeta! Stop!'' Marcus's words had fallen on deaf ears, he could see from Vegeta's sinister and sardonic expression that he still wanted to carry out more attacks on the Yardrats, but the command of his summoner had placed back the same incorporeal chains around his body, restricting his very movement.
''Jesus Christ! Do you know any type of restraint!? We don't need to kill everyone!''
''What!? That was the objective you fool! Though I was hoping to kill you too!'' Vegeta admitted.
Marcus was furious to have been given such a rebellious unit. Crocodile was as argumentative, but at least he actually listened from time to time. Esdeath was the most compliant out of all of them, so long as Marcus kept boosting her strength.
''Don't forget whose in control here. Fire a galick gun at that tower.'' Vegeta immediately placed both of his palms together, a purple ball of energy began then coalescing and enveloping around him. He threw both of his hands in front of him, releasing a beam of energy directly at the tower.
Parts of the tower exploded into a billion different parts, crumbling and raining down on the ground.
[You Have Gained 400 Metal]
[You Have Gained 500 Wood]
'Metal? Wood? Are these materials? What the hell do I need them for?'
[Calculating Damage...]
[Damage Done: 800 DMG]
[Tower HP Left: 1600]
'Holy shit! 800!? And there's 1600 HP left. I'll be done with this world in no time!'
''Fire another one!'' Marcus demanded. But just as Vegeta was about to, an energy beam came flying there way. Vegeta was quick to fly in its direction and swat the beam away as if it was nothing but a fly, grinning as the sound of its distant explosion filled his ear.
Marcus was thankful for his quick thinking, and then quickly turned to find where the attack had come from. In the distance, a woman was flying on the back of a monstrous four-winged creature. Behind her stood another figure, tall and brawny, with a silver mane jutting out of his head and arms that were thick as a castle wall and skin just about as white as a sickly child's.
'Who the hell? Why does he look like an older version of Killua?'
Whoever the figure was, and whoever the woman was, one thing was certain...they were not friendly. Just as much as the Rachael hadn't been.
