"Wait... wait... wait, a moving planet?" Elias stuttered, his hands flying up to his head as his brain scrambled to process what he was hearing. He paced a small circle on the dusty floorboards of the abandoned warehouse. "I'm so confused right now. Planets stay in their solar systems! They spin around stars! They don't just pack up and drive to another galaxy!"
"Yeah, me too," Tyson added, leaning against a rusted structural pillar with a heavy frown. "I mean, like, planets don't just move. And a planet certainly can't just swallow or take other planets like some kind of cosmic vacuum cleaner. It breaks every law of physics we know."
"Yeah, what he said!" Elias pointed aggressively at Tyson, looking back at princexx
Princexx stood up slowly from her kneeling position, wiping the remaining sparkling trails of tears from her jade cheeks. "I assure you it is true. I wish it were a nightmare, but I've seen it before."
Zane let out a long, slow sigh, shoving his hands back into his pockets. A sharp, unreadable smirk played on his lips as he looked at his younger brothers' completely shocked expressions. "Looks like your prayers for something interesting have been answered, brothers. Let's go."
"Huh... where?" Elias asked, blinking.
But Zane and Tyson were already turning on their heels, their heavy boots clicking against the concrete as they walked out into the foggy perimeter toward the black transport vehicle.
"Wait up...!" Elias shouted, rushing after them as the warehouse doors groaned in the wind behind them.
Back at the 10th Division headquarters, the main living room was dead silent. The lights hummed faintly against the metallic walls, casting a sterile glow over the large communal couches.
Kealen sat entirely alone in the center of the main room, his elbows resting on his knees, staring blankly at his own trembling palms. The silver hairpin he had salvaged from the ashes of his family's estate was gripped tightly in his right fist, the sharp edges digging into his skin.
The electronic doors slid open with a soft hiss. Vela walked into the lounge, casually holding a steaming ceramic bowl of freshly cooked peppered rice she had just finished making in the kitchen. She took a bite, looking over at the couch, before walking over and sitting down on the opposite end.
"Want some?" she asked bluntly, holding out the spoon.
"No..." Kealen said, his voice dropping into a low, completely hollow, sad tone that didn't sound like him at all.
Vela paused, lowering her spoon. She studied his rigid posture and the dark bags forming under his eyes. "Okay, what happened now? Seriously, everyone has been acting completely weird lately just because a major death mission hasn't arrived on the dashboard. NYX not been NYX , Renji is breaking the training room, and now you look like a ghost."
"No... it's not that..." Kealen muttered, his voice cracking as a single, heavy tear finally spilled over his eyelid, tracing a wet path down his cheek.
"Ok, then what?" Vela asked, her tone softening slightly as she set the warm bowl down on the coffee table.
"My family... the Flares. They have all been wiped out," Kealen whispered, his knuckles turning white as he clutched the pin. "The entire mansion is gone. Everyone is dead. And... I don't know why I'm feeling this way, Vela. They treated me so badly. They tortured me, rejected me, and threw me to the streets like I was nothing but garbage. Shouldn't I be happy that they're gone?.
Vela's eyes widened into absolute circles, her breath catching in her throat. "Holy shit... everyone? The whole bloodline? That's impossible. Shit..." She leaned back, her mind racing as the weight of the news hit her. The Flares were one of the pillars of the Border's elite structure. "Shit."
Vela took a deep breath, rubbing the back of her neck as she looked at the crying boy beside her. "Kealen... I'm really not good with pep talks or stuff like this. To be honest, if I were in your position... I would be happy. I mean, who wouldn't be? If someone treated me like trash and suddenly got vaporized, I'd probably buy a drink."
Kealen's eyes widened, looking up at her with a raw, agonizing confusion. "But I'm not! Why the fuck do I feel this way?!"
Vela looked down at her food, picking up her spoon again and stirring the rice slowly. "Well, Kealen... it's because you're a good person. I mean, like, with the way they treated you and rejected you, anyone in the world would think they completely deserved to be killed. But you didn't wish for that."
She took another spoonful, her sharp eyes locking onto his. "The truth is, no one is truly our enemy. But we all say we have an enemy because we can't just accept the hard truth . Anyone would have viewed your family as their ultimate enemy, Kealen... but you didn't. That makes you different. It's ok to be sad. It makes you a human who actually feels real emotions. You have a good heart, Kealen. You really do."
The words cut straight through Kealen's defensive walls. The heavy, suffocating weight in his chest loosened, and he began to cry even harder, his shoulders shaking violently as years of repressed childhood pain finally broke free.
"Jeesh... I'm really that bad at pep talks," Vela muttered, looking slightly awkward as she held her spoon mid-air.
Suddenly, Kealen leaned over and wrapped his arms around her in a desperate, grounding hug, burying his face against her shoulder. "No... it's not that. Thank you."
Vela froze, her arms hovering in the air for a second as she looked at the ceiling. She let out a small, defeated sigh, lowering her spoon. "Ok... I guess I'll let this slide just this once. Just Don't get tears on my uniform."
XENOCIDES COUNCIL
Dock Von sat at the head, his hands clasped beneath his chin, his face pale under the bright overhead tactical lights.
The heavy automated security doors of dock von office open with a loud, echoey thud.
Zane, Tyson, and Elias walked into the office. The three brothers moved with complete synchronization, their expressions grim.
"Zane, what's going on and who's this?" Dock Von called out,
Zane quickly went straight and called an emagency meeting.
Zane stopped at the edge of the table, leaning forward as he rested his palms against the polished wood. "I'll explain everything in the meeting, . And I guess you also have something massive to tell me ."
Dock Von's eyes narrowed slightly, a cold sweat forming at his temple. "Clever as always."
Few hours later the council was filled with xenocides captain, the general of border enforcers, leader of intelligence and analytics and also sector commanders (1-10)
The room immediately began to murmur, they all wanted to know what was going on, why was an emergency meeting called.
Dock Von stood up, slamming his palm onto a digital broadcast button to lock the security seals of the entire chamber.
"Ok, everyone, calm down! We have an incredibly bad situation on our hands," Dock Von announced, his voice booming over the intercom speakers. He paused, looking around the room before delivering the devastating blow. "I don't know how to put this lightly... but the entire Flare bloodline has been completely eliminated. The mansion was destroyed, and the main family is dead."
The chamber erupted into absolute chaos.
"Wiped out?!" Liora, the fierce Captain of the 2nd Division, slammed her fist onto her desk, her golden yellow eyes flashing with disbelief. " Come on this has to be a joke, someone taking out the entire flare without getting burned to death is impossible".
"Our data indicates a hybrid signature," Dock Von responded sharply, cutting through her shout. "A mixture of human and Zethrian DNA. Someone who possessed enough raw power and speed to reduce the flare to ash within hours."
"A hybrid...?" Lady Ness, the elegant but deadly Captain of the 3rd Division, narrowed her sharp eyes, her fingers tapping against her chin. " Seriously what is the point of have force field when it doesn't work and that detection alarm shit
Lady Ness said, as she leaned back.
" I understand your point Ness ," Zarek Solis, the battle-hardened Captain of the 4th Division, growled, his deep voice carrying a heavy weight. "The public is going to lose their minds when this hits the morning news."
The border enforcers, leader of intelligence and analytics and sector commaders remained speechless, they couldn't process what they've heard they all frozed.
"If I may cut through the domestic gossip," Zane's voice sliced through the captains' arguments, entirely steady and cold. He stepped aside, gesturing toward the shadows of the entrance hallway. "The destruction of the Flare family is a tragedy and all , but it is nothing compared to the cosmic threat currently accelerating toward our atmosphere. Step forward."
Out of the darkness, Princexx walked onto the brightly lit floor of the council chamber.
The entire room went completely dead silent. Several vice-captains instantly reached for their sidearms, their muscles locking as they saw her. Her jade-green skin, long white hair, and twitching antennae made her stand out like a phantom against the human military uniforms.
Zane eyes scanned the faces of the elite. "This is Princexx. She belongs to the Antris species from the planet Antra. And she is about to help us".
Elias and Tyson stood behind Zane, three of them putting their hands in their pockets.
Princexx stepped up to the center of the room.
Her hands trembled slightly under the glare of the elite human commanders, but she maintained her royal posture. She tapped a digital command link that she kept in her pocket which showed the solar system and all the planets.
"I do not ask for your forgiveness," Princexx said, her melodic voice carrying an immense weight of sorrow that echoed off the high walls. "But I ask for your immediate attention. Before the attack on Sector 1, I helped the Zethrian known as Valkhyre transmit a specific, high-frequency signal into deep space."
She zoomed the holographic map out, bypassing their solar system and pointing to a dark, uncharted point in the galaxy. A massive, irregular red blip was moving across the map at an impossible, hyper-velocity speed.
"The signal was sent to a legendary cosmic conqueror," Princexx revealed, her voice dropping into a tense whisper that gripped the room. "He rules a rogue planet. A world-sized fortress that moves through space by manipulating gravitational fields. It was his forces that destroyed my home planet of Antra and enslaved my remaining people as payment from Valkhyre."
"Bull shit " the general of border enforcers shouted
"Damn you all , you've all been saying shit , we should be focusing on the fact the flare are gone, and we have no prime minister"
"Yes I agree" the leader of intelligence and analytics said
"And it's obvious we can't trust anyone, the fact that Zane went behind our back got some freaking bug girl , two wired guys and making a shitty talk , and he isn't going to be punished for such act " the general of enforcers said
"Seriously did he just call us wired " Elias said
"Shut up " dock von replied sharply
"Watch your mouth when you speak Zane "
The room went silent, dock von took a deep breath
"We both know the only reason the border is still not a grave yard is because of Zane, so treat him with respect "
"Wait his he really that strong"
Kylo vice captain of the 1st division and leader of the agris prime asked Reid Gedion swallow
"Yes he is ,he was found by dock von injured he hadn't awaken he's evoliths yet and a month after he awakened completely surpassed everyone he was outstanding, and things began to change,
That man right there is what you call a living weapon ".
"Yes I agree he could wipe out the entire border if he wanted to." Liora added
Kylo eyes widened "I see"
Zane smiled" it's ok sir von , if you think I'm lieing you can find out when you're dead" Zane said staring directly at the general of the border enforcer.
"Ok princexx continue" Elias said
Everyone where shocked they've been so focused on the news they didn't notice Elias
They were all shocked to see him with Zane.
"He has altered his trajectory," Princexx continued, her eyes wide with a terrifying certainty. "The moving planet is heading directly toward Earth. His sole objective is to completely flatten the Border, annihilate your defensive grids, and wipe out humanity.
