Lucifer's POV
The moment the stash room door shut behind me, I let out a long breath as I walked toward the mirror and started stripping away every piece of my disguise.
I sighed, the moment the mask came off. "That was handled well."
My normal voice sounded strange after spending the last hour behind a mask and a voice modulator.
Then the cap came off next, then the compression vest... Piece by piece, Lucifer disappeared, at least on the outside.
A small smile tugged at my lips as I remembered Alfred. By the time I am done with him... "He will regret seeking me out."
Because in my line of work, reputation was everything... Fear was currency, respect was survival and Alfred?
Alfred was about to become an example.
"He is going to be a scape goat." I laughed softly as I placed the mask back on its hook.
