The strategic hall of the genesis.
The cold metal round table reflected four stunning faces, each with a distinct style, yet all equally perfect and unearthly.
The atmosphere was unprecedentedly serious.
This was the first supreme military meeting of the Genesis Sisterhood since its establishment.
Leticia sat at the head of the table, her gaze calmly sweeping over the three strongest Primarch Sisters under her command, as well as the most loyal Commissar.
The problem was severe.
With the addition of tens of thousands of Battle Sisters, their army had increased tenfold overnight.
But an army cannot have four brains.
Especially four brains with diametrically opposed war philosophies.
"Let me speak first."
Fogremia broke the silence first.
The perfect silver-haired sword maiden rose elegantly, and a complex tactical light screen unfolded behind her.
It was not a battle plan.
It was a symphony of war, composed with troop deployments, fire coverage, and assault routes.
"War is the ultimate art."
Fogremia's voice carried an unquestionable pride.
"I propose that we break up and reorganize all units, forming them according to the philosophy of the 'Perfect Vanguard'."
"Every squad, every company, will be a note in the movement."
"Every time they fire, every time they charge, it must be like a ballet rehearsed a thousand times—precise, elegant, and flawless."
Her plan was exquisite to the extreme.
Even the number of steps every soldier should take on the battlefield was calculated.
Bang!
A loud noise interrupted Fogremia's speech.
Angronia's hand, wearing a dark red power armor gauntlet, slammed heavily onto the metal tabletop, leaving a clear dent.
"Bullshit!"
The Red-haired Valkyrie stood up abruptly from her seat, her amber eyes burning with pure Battle Intent.
"War is anger! It is destruction! It is not dancing on the fucking battlefield!"
Her voice was low, yet filled with an oppressive force that made the air itself tremble.
"What kind of bullshit notes! Give me the strongest warriors! Pick out the Sisters with the thickest power armor and the biggest weapons! Form a sharp blade!"
Angronia thrust her fist forward fiercely.
"Then, find the enemy's strongest point and tear it to shreds with one punch! That is what war is!"
Simple.
Brutal.
Yet it was filled with the most primitive and effective aesthetic of destruction.
"Sister Angronia, I cannot agree with your view."
A gentle yet equally firm voice rang out.
Sanguinia frowned slightly, a trace of compassion showing in her sky-blue eyes.
"The purpose of war is to protect, to end suffering, not to create more death and destruction."
The Archangel suggested softly.
"Our strength should be used where it is needed most. I suggest forming the 'Guardian Angel' legion, with defense, rescue, and the purification of chaos corruption at its core. Our swords should be wielded for those who cannot protect themselves."
Art.
Destruction.
Protection.
Three diametrically opposed philosophies clashed fiercely in the strategic hall, and no one could convince the others.
"My three Commanders."
Just then, the silent Valeria spoke up.
The iron-blooded Commissar stood up, her gaze as sharp as a knife, pointing out the core of all problems with surgical precision.
"Your philosophies are all good, but you have all overlooked the most fundamental point."
"Ninety percent of the soldiers under our command are mortals."
Valeria's voice rang out with conviction.
"They do not have the divine physique of a Primarch. They need food, ammunition supplies, tactical coordination, and a unified chain of command that they can understand and execute!"
"Without these, Commander Fogremia's art is a castle in the air."
"Without these, Commander Angronia's rage is a suicide charge."
"Without these, Commander Sanguinia's protection will only degenerate into a pointless sacrifice."
Her words left the three Primarch Sisters in silence.
The debate reached a stalemate.
The air in the entire hall seemed to have frozen.
Just at that moment.
Leticia stood up from the head of the table.
She did not issue any orders, but simply walked slowly to the huge holographic star map in the center of the hall.
Everyone's gaze instantly focused on her.
"What you have said..."
Leticia turned around, a smile of insight on her face.
"...is all correct."
Everyone was taken aback.
"Fogremia is right; war needs art, and we need a scalpel that can precisely cut the enemy's throat."
"Angronia is also right; war needs rage, and we need a siege hammer that can smash through all barriers."
"Sanguinia is equally right; war needs protection even more, and we need a holy shield that can shelter everyone."
"And Valeria..."
Leticia's gaze fell upon the loyal Commissar, filled with approval.
"...you have pointed out the foundation of it all. The blade, the hammer, and the shield all need a strong blacksmith to support them and combine them perfectly."
She spread her arms, her voice not loud, yet it clearly entered the depths of everyone's soul, carrying a decisive power that belonged to a deity, one that brooked no doubt.
"So, why must we only choose one?"
"From today on, the Genesis Sisterhood will possess four legions simultaneously!"
Boom!
This sentence was like dropping a supernova into the minds of the four Commanders!
Leticia's finger traced lightly through the air.
"Fogremia!"
"Present!"
"You will form and command the [Perfect Vanguard]. I will give you the best equipment and the most talented warriors. They will be my sword, responsible for executing the highest-difficulty surgical strikes, infiltration, and decapitation missions!"
Fogremia's purple eyes lit up instantly, and a look of ecstatic joy appeared on her face.
"Angronia!"
"...Present!"
"You will form and command the [Fist of Rage]. I will give you the thickest armor and the heaviest weapons. They will be my iron fist, responsible for all assault missions on the front lines. Your mission is to crush everything that stands in our way!"
The corners of Angronia's mouth curled into a smile filled with Battle Intent.
"Sanguinia!"
"I am here, my goddess."
"You will form and command the [Wings of Hope]. You will have the best medical equipment and purification armaments. They will be my wings, responsible for all battlefield defense, rescue, purification, and rear-guard protection missions."
A gratified and gentle smile appeared on Sanguinia's face.
Finally.
Leticia's gaze fell upon Valeria.
"Valeria!"
"Goddess!"
Valeria straightened her body with excitement.
"You will lead the [Iron Logistics Administration]! Furthermore, I grant you supreme command coordination authority! All military operations of the three major legions must be subject to your logistical assessment and tactical approval!"
"You will be the heart and brain connecting the sword, the fist, and the wings!"
Four-in-one!
Each performing their own duties!
A seemingly unsolvable contradiction had been reshaped in Leticia's hands into a war machine with clear division of labor, complementary strengths, and perfection itself!
Fogremia, Angronia, Sanguinia, and Valeria all looked at the black-haired goddess in front of the star map.
All disputes and disagreements vanished into thin air at this moment.
Replaced by absolute awe and fanatical conviction from the depths of their souls!
They simultaneously knelt on one knee and offered their loyalty in a uniform voice.
"As you command, my goddess!"
That night.
To celebrate the completion of the military reform and the birth of the new legions, a grand banquet was held in the central hall of the genesis.
Thousands of Sisters gathered together, singing hymns praising the new god, and the air was filled with joy and Hope.
Leticia sat at the head of the table, watching the lively and warm scene before her—a scene she had created with her own hands—and a gratified smile appeared on her face.
This was her home.
It was the first harbor she had established for these souls who had struggled in the darkness for ten thousand years.
But amidst the gratification, a long-lost sense of exhaustion, originating from the depths of her soul, quietly welled up.
Supporting all of this was not easy.
Just then.
A pair of soft little hands quietly covered her eyes from behind.
A voice with a hint of childishness, yet filled with worry, sounded in her ear.
"Sister..."
"Are you... tired?"
