Dan stood within the cold and dark vacuum of outer space with his eyes closed in intense and precise concentration as he carefully sensed the spatial network around him. He had finally managed to develop his spacetime technique to an extremely advanced level and, in truth, he had delved so deeply into this field that even he himself had not expected to reach such a point.
As a direct result of that, he had achieved many important breakthroughs. Among them were Void Tools, which he had succeeded in creating personally.
These tools could tear open space itself into a pre-linked internal dimension, making them perfect storage instruments. After successfully crafting many of them, he generously distributed them to most of his children and grandchildren.
Dan knew that in the future, ninjas in this world would eventually use things like storage scrolls based on simple fuinjutsu techniques. But his own method was completely different and far deeper. Because he had explored this field personally from the very beginning, his approach once again diverged from the traditional systems of this world.
His style was not merely about scrolls, but about true separated spaces. Not merely storage, but entire pocket dimensions connected directly to each tool.
As for himself, he had no need whatsoever for external tools anymore because he could directly open a genuine void-space linked to him personally through direct manipulation of the spatial network itself.
Naturally, none of his family members could currently reach this advanced level. It required an extremely deep understanding of spacetime, not merely advanced fuinjutsu, but comprehension of the fundamental laws governing the spacetime network itself. None of his children had reached such a level yet, not even the intelligent ones like his genius daughter Hoshi, whom he expected would eventually achieve it in the future, nor the twins Nira and Sera due to their overwhelming sensitivity and exceptionally high intelligence.
The other important matter was the technique he was currently testing the fifth level of his "Spacetime Seal,"
which would allow him to directly use the spacetime network itself for travel. Since he had already fully mastered the fourth level, which allowed him to instantly move to nearly any location on the planet or nearby regions in outer space, he was now cautiously experimenting with the fifth level.
If successful, it would allow him to traverse unimaginably vast distances across outer space itself. Such a breakthrough would greatly aid his future plans, opening countless possibilities before him and making many of his ambitious goals far easier to accomplish.
Thus, in this critical moment, he deeply sensed the spacetime network and focused especially on its distant nodes while carefully balancing the complex aspects of the technique, which was fundamentally built upon extremely advanced fuinjutsu.
Because if even one part of the process failed, the entire operation would collapse and could lead to catastrophic consequences.
