In the dense forest, a man can be seen chasing after a deer. But animals living near the red burial already had start evolving.
Though they had yet to form beast core, there strength, size and speed is two times then any normal animals.
So, the moment hunter Gu miss the arrow. The deer immediately run away, even though hunter Gu give it a chase.
He couldn't match the speed of the deer, after running for few minutes. He realised that he had enter deep in forest.
Normally, he would had immediately leave. After all the deep forests are home to dangerous animals like bear or tiger.
Even if he's going to hunt such large and furious animals. He would have gathered all strong hunter or man of his village to hunt.
But he's alone today. So, logical thinking should be hom leaving the forest. But he's hunting animal to sell for money.
And he's planning to marry a wife. So, he need lot of money for that. In the end he grit his teeth and cautiously start looking for animals trails.
While, walking he encounters a vertical slop, which he didn't give much thought to it and continue climbing.
But half hour he realising that what's he's climbing is just not large mount of rocks, but rather the foot of mountain.
This realisation made his legs weak, after all the only mountains around his area are the five mountain peaks of red burial.
He immediately turn around and start climbing down. But then stop for few seconds and give it deep thought.
Logically, speaking the invisible barrier around the mountains is the fact that everyone knows.
He can't wrap his head around the fact, that he manage to climb the mountain peak of the red burial.
For him to be able to climb the mountain that even most respectable monk can't do. Even felt like maybe... He had been chosen by the immortal himself.
With this thought he turn around and start climbing the mountains with excitement boiling in his blood.
Half hour later, he dumbfoundly stare at the small herbs of rabbits bouncing around munching on grass with relish.
This scene is something he had seen countless time in his life's at normal days he will immediately take out his bow and arrow to hunt down the rabbits.
But now....
Looking at the rabbits that are as tall as five year old child, with lush white coat and red eyes he couldn't bring himself to draw out the arrow by any means.
Just the size of this animal no no no.... Beast...
Made him question his whole life that very moment. He thought that the animal inside the forest around the burial are big.
But infront of these beast they are nothing more then a cub. He gulp in nervousness and draw his bow and arrow.
When he started climbing the mountains maybe he was excited at that time. But now... He's terrified.
Each step were taken with utmost caution and fear of these gaint beast. After all if a rabbit can be this big he don't want to imagine other animal at all.
Suddenly, he heard sound of rabbits squeeze. His body forze, he slowly turn her head around and drop his weapon in shock.
Infront of him stood a fox... Yes a fox.. as big as modern day husky with red coat, ember eyes and two tails.. Yes two tails swaying proudly behind the fox.
The fox stare at the hunter and lightly sniff his body. While, hunter stood there frozen, stiff not moving even a muscle.
Once, the fox had made sure the creature infront of it only had very little amount of spiritual energy in it body.
A distainful look that's very much is human expression that animal aren't capable of doing, but the hunter can clearly tell that the fox infront of him distainful of him.
He don't know for few sec if he should be happy or angry. But in short he manage to escape the danger.
He drop on the ground, his body shaking, a foul smell coming out of his pant. He probably had peed his pants at this point.
He stay on the ground for few minutes. After coming back to his senses and realising that the fox already had leave.
He immediately grab his bow and arrow, start running. He quickly climb down the mountain, not wanting to stay here even for a minute.
But his luck wasn't very good, he encounters a large bird which resembles an eagle but is 6ft tall as tall as man stare at him.
Goosebumps appear on his body, he once again turn around and start running for his life, maybe the eagle too felt like the creature is not worth the energy didn't chase.
As for the hunter, the higher he climb, the more bizzare beasts he encounters. Not only that those beast seem to have no interest in eating him.
This realisation made him calm down, as he walk around the mountains. Previously he was so, scared that he had no time to look around himself.
But now he do, he realised that this place rather then the beast here is a paradise, the beautiful forest, flowers, waterfalls and natural habitat made the place look beautiful despite the danger.
He continue climbing the mountain, he had believe that he had seen everything. But he was wrong ....
He was not prepared for it. Looking at two gaint beast a tiger and bear fighting for territory he once again felt the danger of this beauty paradise.
The tiger is capable of producing ice from its feets and the bear is capable of producing earth spikes from the ground with just one stomp of it claws.
The battle between both beasts was capable of actually altering the terrain around them with visible strength.
Both beast not only fight with the magic, but also with there raw strength, defence, speed and agility.
The tiger had advantage in term of speed. The bear had advantage of strong defense with it thick skin.
