Zee, only just realizing that she was completely naked, immediately grabbed the thick blanket and wrapped it tightly around her body, her heart racing wildly.
"Why, why are you here?" Zee asked in a panic, her voice trembling violently.
Jonathan massaged his throbbing temples, trying to piece together his scattered memories. "I don't know. I honestly have no idea."
He looked at Zee with an expression caught between shock and guilt. "I'm sorry. It seems, perhaps, we have done something we shouldn't have."
"Ah, stop!" Zee instantly covered both her ears with her hands, shaking her head vigorously. "I don't want to hear it!" A single tear escaped, wetting her cheek.
