Every single morning for the past few days, my wake up routine had officially gone off the rails.
I would open my eyes to find a giant, heavy furred white tiger practically crushing me, his massive head buried against my chest as he purred loudly enough to shake the cave floor.
When I tried to push his heavy snout away, Tigris would just huff softly, his huge paws wrapping tighter around me.
"I am preparing for our cubs, Lily," he would rumble sleepily against my skin, completely shameless. "A well nourished female makes the strongest tiger cubs."
'We've only been mated for a few weeks, you overpopulated house cat!' I screamed internally, my face burning.
Before I could even articulate a complaint, Tigris shifted effortlessly into his handsome, towering human form under the heavy furs.
