RUHAAN'S POV :
Idk what's happening to me, but what I'm seeing right now, I don't like it at all. Yash's attention has been on Ashvi way too much these days.
She was laughing and seeing that, a small smile came on my face too. But suddenly it disappeared as soon as I saw Yash holding her hand.
But he let go of her hand as soon as Mansi came.

"Yash, what are you doing here?"
"Ahh, nothing, just... I saw Ashvi was sitting alone, so I thought I'd keep her company."
"Nothing like that, he came for lunch. I was the one who told him to have lunch with us sometime," Ashvi interrupted.
"Ohh... well Ashvi isn't alone, Yash. I'm here to keep her company, so you can go, okay?"
"Ahhh, yeah."
Mansi took the nearest chair beside Ashvi as soon as Yash left from there.
"What is all this happening?" she started.
"What? I'm eating."
"That I can see too," Mansi continued, "but I'm not asking about the food. I mean, the moment I leave, Yash comes and sits here, and over there Ruhaan was looking at him from a distance like he would murder him."
Ashvi chokes on her food.
"What, when?" she asked.
"Drink water first. And when? Just now, when you were talking with Yash, Ruhaan was standing right behind," Mansi answered.
Ashvi started thinking.
And just then Mansi interpreted,
"I don't think you're safe now, so you better be with me only."
Ashvi gave her a wicked look and whispered, "Staying with you won't be any safer."
"Why?"
"People will start accusing me of being a lesbian if I stick to you all the time."
Mansi scoffs a little.
ASHVI'S POV:
Ahhh finally class is over, and tomorrow there isn't even class. It's Sunday," YAYYYYY". Everyone was turning to look at me because I thought I was saying yayy in my head, but it came out a little too loud.
But never mind, happiness comes out loud.
Tomorrow I'm going to sleep all day. No matter how much someone tries to wake me up, I'm not getting up.
Thinking this, I sat in my car and started driving.
The whole way I kept thinking about what all I'd do tomorrow. I was so excited that I was smiling the entire way.
But then suddenly my eyes fell on the rear view mirror, and that's when I saw some cars coming behind me.
And it wasn't like they were just driving on the road, but they were exactly behind my car, like they were following me. And just to check, I stopped my car on the road once, and yes I was right. That car was following me, because as soon as I stopped my car, the car behind also stopped. And as soon as I started my car, that one started too.
Who are they and why are they following me, I murmured.
I increased my car's speed and they increased their car's speed too.
WTF is going on??
I got a little tense seeing this, so I started driving even faster.
And the way I was driving, I was worried an accident might happen. Because yes, I was driving way too fast.
And then right there, what I feared was about to happen. I almost had an accident because a car suddenly came in front of my car. WTF.
But wait, I know this car very well.
The driver came out, and yes, I knew it was his car. I quickly unbuckled my seatbelt and ran up to him.
"Ruhaan, you know a car has been following me for a while."
He glanced behind me once.
"There isn't any car."
I turned around to look. There really wasn't any car there.
"Not now, but there was a little while ago. It was following me for a long time. If I stopped the car, that car would stop too. If I sped up, its speed would increase too," I said one after another.
"Hey, relax," he said softly.
"You go home now. I'll check if any car comes."
"Ahhhh okay , but what are you doing here, I mean in this area? Your way home is different," I asked, confused.
"Ahh," at first he hesitates, "the regular route to my house is blocked, that's why."
"Now you go home," he said, pushing me toward my car.
"Hmm," I just nod and got back in my car again.
But just as I was about to start the engine, Ruhaan came over.
I rolled down my car window.
"What?" I asked.
"Nothing!! Just call me when you reach home," he said, giving me a soft smile.
I returned that smile.
And started driving.
My home was only about 4-5 minutes away now, and the whole time I was thinking just one thing, that this person isn't as bad as he shows everyone. He has a soft side inside him too. And I guess I like that side of him, especially when he shows that side in front of me.
An instantly a small smile appeared on my lips.
