And so, the 17th competition came to an end, making the score 9 points for the Detectives and 8 points for the Monsters. Now, the Monsters needed to tie the score with the Detectives.
The Leader of the Monsters was walking down the Monsters' corridor with God. Then, the Leader of the Monsters said,
"Well, God, have you already decided which detective will fight in the next round?"
God replied,
"I think it will be this one... or maybe another. I'm still deciding. And you, Leader, have you already chosen a monster for the next round?"
The Leader of the Monsters answered,
"Yes, I have. It's the one who holds the stars in his hands... the one who became the Terror of the Stars after all these years. Do you know who I'm talking about?"
God smiled.
"Ah, yes. The Star Monster."
"That's right," the Leader of the Monsters replied.
Soon, God and the Leader of the Monsters arrived where the Star Monster was.
The Star Monster said,
"Leader of the Monsters, it's finally my turn, isn't it?"
The Leader of the Monsters nodded.
"Yes, Star Monster. But use all of your power. Some of these detectives are very strong."
The Star Monster laughed.
"Haha... As if a detective could defeat me, Leader. I am the Star Monster. I possess all the stars in the universe."
The Leader of the Monsters answered,
"Alright then. I'll be waiting for you in the arena."
"Okay, Leader. I'll be there soon."
The Leader of the Monsters left for the arena while the Star Monster remained behind.
Meanwhile, the Star Monster thought to himself,
"No one can defeat me. I have always been strong. I hold every star in the universe in my hands. I still remember the day I defeated that Universe Monster..."
And then, the Star Monster's past was revealed.
One day, while wandering through the universe, he encountered another monster.
The Universe Monster approached him and said,
"If you can defeat me, I will make you the Star Monster. You will possess every star in the universe, and you will become one of the most powerful monsters in existence."
The future Star Monster accepted the challenge.
The two fought for days, weeks, months... and eventually an entire year.
Their battle was so intense that every planet they crossed was destroyed. It was an incredibly long and overwhelming fight.
Finally, after one year of relentless combat, the battle came to an end.
The future Star Monster emerged victorious.
The Universe Monster looked at him and said,
"You have won. From this day on, you shall become the Star Monster. I now grant you all the stars of this universe. You have become the most powerful among the Monsters."
From that day forward, he became known as the Monster Who Holds the Stars of the Universe in His Hands.
He was also often called the Terror of the Stars, because whenever he approached a star, even the stars themselves trembled in fear before him.
And that is the story of the Star Monster.
Back in the arena, God announced,
"Now, let us begin the next round! Representing the Monsters... the one who holds the stars in his hands... the one also known as the Terror of the Stars..."
"It's him... The Star Monster!"
