Third-person POV
Following the 7 seven days of mourning, burial, and memorializing the dead humans, the death creatures and whatever their affiliation in the old Dystopian Order went full on with the next phase of their atonement: rebuilding the beauty of this world. They despised brutalist architecture that were reminders of Kal's tyranny over the planet.
So, they used the same tools that snuffed out humanity to destroy the ugly and pretentious brutalist structures. These can vary by sector and even the individual style of doing the demolition. In the European branches of the Fahrenheit 451 sector, the firemen used their axes and flamethrowers to hack and burn the old brutalist tower blocks, regular buildings, and homes. The homes in the Brutalist style were despised by death creatures who settled as normal civilians. They emptied the homes before the dates of demolition by blade and flames. There are some assistances from the Chaos Insurgency sector, whose headquarters was in the Midwest in the US, and they used their explosives, the same ones they used to level their rivals, the SCP Foundation and the Global Occult Coalition. The explosives leveled any European and British brutalist buildings that the firemen's axes and flamethrowers couldn't demolish.
In Japan, especially in Tokyo where the Grief System called home, the Enforcers hand-selected the brutalist buildings to be demolish. They used their Dominators and set it to Brutalist Destruction Mode. These fired red and yellow light that disintegrated the concrete panels in seconds. The skyscrapers were spared, and half of them were selected to be converted as vertical cemeteries for the majority of the urns of the deceased. The rest were tidied up as the office spaces for the death creatures, both Enforcer and civilian, to work the jobs of the deceased.
Down south in Yokohama, the censors of the Library Wars sector used their guns and military explosives to level entire blocks of brutalist architecture. The bullets were a sound on the lighter ones, while explosives were used on the sturdier ones. In Chiba City, the Wolf Brigade soldiers used their iconic guns to destroy the brutalist architecture, before finishing them with explosives.
Other old Dystopian sectors and local terror sectors (those of terrorists, syndicates, etc.) had their own ways of destroying depressing Brutalist buildings in wherever they were based on.
The demolition took 8 days to complete. In those 8 days of cleansing the earth, the spirits of the deceased had heard the symphony of explosions, bullets, and shouting for demolition and logistics of the next. After those eight days, the death creatures turned to the next phase of their atonement: build traditional buildings that reflected local cultures, traditions, and regional beauty.
So, they gathered what they could get and import to build impressive buildings in different styles. In the UK and Europe, traditional beauties of Classical Roman, Medieval versions of Gothic, Romanesque, Neoclassical, Baroque, and moderate versions of Art Deco started to give back the cities and the countryside villages and towns their lives back. Some municipalities weren't shy at mixing two or more styles in the same area; jurisdiction of architecture didn't matter at all, as long as what the death creatures, Dystopian sector soldiers or civilians, decided on the aesthetic beauty. London and Manchester saw Victorian, Baroque, British Gothic, and Classical Roman styles in their districts. In London, they even had Roman baths with steaming water (pipes and heating water near the baths) for everyone to relax in swim suits after their hard work.
In Valencia, Spain, Ceo rebuilt Francisco's estate home outside of the city. It was in the classical Roman style, and the courtyard had graceful Andalusian arches that Francisco loved so much. Ceo used his fireman's axe to cut trees for lumber. Some of the lumbers were used to make most of the furniture that had become ashes on the day he murdered Francisco, especially the bookshelves. The rest were sold as wood for paper mills and for bricks and Roman concrete. For seven long months, Ceo labored in his atonement for the deceased civilian servant. His brothers of the Fahrenheit 451 sector respected his choice to do the work himself, watching his work from outside of Francisco's estate walls and gate. Three times a day, Ceo used his flamethrower to make campfires in the courtyard and a half-restored hearth to cook meals for himself. The food were Shaksuka, simple pan pizza, paella, and fried eggs and fish. For drinks, aside from water, he made café Bómbón, orange juice (not concentrated), and Greek frappé for himself, drinking it with enjoyment for himself and for the departed Francisco.
Valencia itself became more of a medieval style city with its Andalusian, Ottoman, and Romanesque buildings with Classical Roman ones. The churches were also restored to its original glory, and every Sunday, many death creatures as firemen and civilians attended to recite Latin and Spanish hymns and do the sacraments in both the Novis Ordum and the Mozarabic styles of liturgy. The liturgical styles changed every Sunday.
In Japan, the traditional Japanese styles from different eras of Japanese history took the places of the demolished brutalist buildings. They coexisted alongside Japanese modern ones that were spared because they don't look like the Brutalist buildings the death creatures of Japan despised so much.
In the Midwest in America, the death creatures as Chaos Insurgency soldiers and regular Midwest civilians made structures in Native American and imported traditional European styles from Europe. They also fundamentally changed the American single-use neighborhoods to make them more lively and less wasteful of land space by modifying the streets to two lanes and decreased the yard space per home. Plus, they added businesses in most of the allocated lots so they would only walk if they needed something. They also took some time to rebuild the headquarters of the SCP Foundation and the Global Occult Coalition. In the Neoclassical and moderately modern headquarters of the Chaos Insurgency, the soldiers engraved 2 apologies on two slabs of marble addressing to their two former rivals.
In Atlanta, Georgia, the Equilibrium sector tore down their brutalist architecture with explosives and replaced them with Spanish, Native America, Andalusian, and Ottoman ones. Paintings and stained glass were regular fixtures in their headquarters and Tetragrammaton stations for them to have emotions. The boxes of Prozium tablets were stored in encased and locked metal shipping containers.
In the Czech Republic where the Dystopian sector Brave New World had its headquarters in Prague, they tore down their brutalist architecture with explosives and shattered the glass tubes that held various human classes with hammers. They replaced the structures with new ones in the styles of Baroque, Romanesque, Ottoman, and Andalusian ones.
Their pleasure-inducing drug, Soma, were stored in encased and locked metal shipping containers.
All of the death creatures demolished Brutalist architecture and replaced them with traditional beautiful ones to say sorry to the dead humans for stripping the beauty of their world with grey, depressing buildings. They also allocated spaces to build imitative, easy-to-assemble Brutalist buildings to remake the demolition industry in this world. All of the rebuilding efforts took 3 years to finish.
