Watching the screen display Lorelei's presence on 71st Avenue in Forest Hills, Charles knew it was highly likely that his agency had already fallen into her hands.
Unlike Coulson, Charles had a deeper understanding of this Asgardian.
Lorelei was a highly specialized entity—her charm and control abilities were incredibly potent. The fact that she had managed to captivate Thor demonstrated the exceptional upper limit of her power.
However, the fact that Sif was able to defeat her suggested that, while Lorelei's combat abilities were not weak and she could hold her own against Sif, they weren't overwhelmingly strong in close combat.
With his personnel, Charles was confident. A team led by Tsunade, supported by kunoichi such as Kurenai, Kushina, or even his secretary Ginny, would easily handle Lorelei.
Not to mention, Thena could effortlessly subdue her. The only caveat was ensuring Lorelei couldn't amass a large group of enthralled followers for protection.
Charles pondered a possibility.
If someone like Mantis could briefly restrain Thanos, then Lorelei might also be able to control him temporarily. In Charles's estimation, Lorelei's control powers far surpassed that of Mantis.
He turned to the AI assistant, Red Queen:
"Red Queen, who's currently at the agency?"
"Master, Uchiha Obito, Uchiha Shisui, and Jiraiya are presently at the agency. Additionally, Selene and her husband oversee the premises with a squad of werewolves under their command."
Hearing this, Charles breathed a sigh of relief. Fortunately, the Uchiha present were the younger versions of Shisui and Obito.
Shisui, though a prodigious talent, was still a novice ninja, and Obito was at most a Chunin.
If they had activated their Mangekyō Sharingan, Lorelei's threat level would skyrocket, making her a fearsome force on Earth.
Though Charles doubted Lorelei's charm, reliant on voice and physical touch, could overcome the loyalty of ninja imbued by the system.
He was confident in the power of his system, which he considered far beyond the reach of Lorelei's abilities.
As for silencing Lorelei, sealing techniques or magical artifacts from the wizarding world would suffice.
"Red Queen, put the spaceship report on hold. I'll deal with the agency first."
With that, Charles used the Hiraishin technique, vanishing from the underground lab.

Coulson smirked as he hung up the phone.
He had fulfilled his duty by informing Charles Doyle. Now, it was up to him to handle Lorelei. Coulson was certain Charles wouldn't sit idly by.
As for Odin's order to take Lorelei back alive? If Charles refused to hand her over, it wasn't S.H.I.E.L.D.'s problem.
If Asgard really wants Lorelei, they could try waging war against the ninja and magical worlds.
Regardless of who won, S.H.I.E.L.D. would be the one to gain. Even if there was no conflict, S.H.I.E.L.D. wouldn't lose out.
Stepping out of his office, Coulson encountered Fitz coming from the lab.
"Sir, I've repaired this." Fitz held up a metallic collar.
Coulson nodded, taking it from him, "Excellent."
Carrying the collar, Coulson headed to the command room, where the rest of the team had gathered.
Placing the collar on the table, Coulson turned to Sif and said, "The device is fixed."
Sif examined the collar and nodded in satisfaction, "This will keep Lorelei restrained."
Coulson continued, "I've notified Charles Doyle and shared information about Lorelei. He said he'd arrange for her to be dealt with."
"Now, we head straight to Charles agency. According to our intel, Lorelei has likely already taken control there."
"Ward, May, Sif—we'll move out to capture her," Coulson instructed.
"Fitz, you and Simmons will stay on the Airbus to provide remote support via the network."
Fitz and Simmons nodded; as non-combat agents, they could only assist from a safe distance.
Fitz spoke up: "Lorelei uses her voice to control people. Could we block it with earplugs?"
Sif shook her head, "That won't work effectively. Even a deaf person can fall under her control with just a touch. And fighting without hearing is extremely dangerous."
Fitz sighed, resigned, "Looks like the earplugs I prepared won't be of much use."
Sif added, "Since Supreme Merlin has been informed, let's head out immediately and deal with Lorelei."
Coulson nodded, "Move out!"
May took the wheel, driving the team toward Charles agency.

At Charles Agency-
Lorelei had just finished listening to Jiraiya's suggestions. She said, "So, which ninja base should we go to first to recruit more warriors?"
Obito excitedly replied, "Of course, Konoha's base! They have the most ninjas and are the strongest!"
Hearing this, Jiraiya shook his head, "Heading straight to Konoha isn't a good idea. Tsunade is powerful kunoichi there."
"I recommend recruiting from the Cloud, ambushing the Sound, assaulting the Mist, and taking the Sand after that. Once we've grown stronger step by step, we can target Konoha without interference from any other troublesome kunoichi."
Lorelei nodded in approval and asked, "Does anyone have a better idea?"
Shisui spoke up: "We might not need to visit every base ourselves."
"We can simply have Micheal send word to the ninja bases, informing them of a commission task here. They'll come to us, one by one. We can even filter out female ninjas in the process."
Hearing Shisui's proposal, Michael, Obito, and Jiraiya exclaimed together, "That's brilliant! We won't have to travel back and forth, and we can avoid kunoichi altogether."
Lorelei's eyes lit up, "That's an excellent idea."
"Michael, notify Konoha's ninjas to come here for a commission task."
Michael eagerly responded, "I'll notify them immediately!"
He hurried toward the reception desk to begin the process.
Lorelei then wrapped her arms around Jiraiya and said, "Strong and noble ninja, take me to a chamber suitable for me."
Jiraiya carried Lorelei upstairs to the most luxurious room. She surveyed the decor and nodded in satisfaction.
Gently stroking Jiraiya's chest, she said, "I'm lucky to have found you. You're very capable."
Jiraiya chuckled, "I'm just an ordinary ninja."
"Not at all," Lorelei said, "I can sense the energy within you. You're far superior to Asgardian soldiers."
"I want you to help me build an army. Once it's done, I'll give you a special reward."
With that, Lorelei kissed Jiraiya passionately, removing his clothing piece by piece. Jiraiya also responded enthusiastically, carrying her to the bed.
