Recap:
Verni and his companions defeated the demons who had taken control of the Silver Mountains, freeing the Silver Werewolf Clan from oppression.
After inheriting the Infinite Dungeon and becoming the new Infitius, Verni created the Essential Clones, powerful beings born from the essences of defeated General-Class Monster Bosses.
Meanwhile, after Libra was defeated and sealed by Velia, the Saint Guardians of the Church have begun moving toward the East to investigate the rise of a new Eastern Overlord.
[Eterna] - The Frozen Mythical (Essential Clone)
Some annoying white undeads have been destroying my lord's towers, so I froze them to their marrow. And unlike ordinary ice, my ice doesn't melt, this is a special ability called [Supreme Ice] for having Eternix Soul.
So if no one can break it, these undeads will be frozen for eternity.
Also, looks like there are something happening to this direction. I heard some explosion. Looks there are some beings beyond the dungeon. I can't help but be excited.
Reaching there, there seems to be a strange woman and men riding a floating cloud and some people below them. Those humans aren't anything special since I can barely pick up any magnitude of mana from them. As for the two who are flying, they are something else.
I can sense they are powerful seeing the humans greatly fear them. Looks like something fun is going on here.
[Scorpio]
That woman. I can sense that my undead cannot move but they aren't vanquished. Were they petrified? Is that her ability? It seems this woman is powerful. "Virgo, don't underestimate her. She's probably the one who captured Libra."
Virgo stares at the woman with umbrella keenly.
[Stervin] - The Merchant who wants to save her kidnapped daughter
When the Saint's attention was focused on the woman I felt relieved. I thought I was a goner but I'm not saved yet.
Richard quickly grabs my hand along with my daughter. "Boss Stervin, we have to go!"
I quickly snap out of it and agree with them. I have to run away from here as fast as I can to save ourselves from this mess.
Whoever, you are woman with umbrella, I owe you one.
[Anna] - The Waitress
Sir Stervin and the rest of the adventurers made a run for it while I stay so that I can observe. Regardless, that woman with umbrella is pretty and mysterious, and there are some hints of danger that can be found on her as her charm.
Looks like Saint Virgo is pissed with that lady. "You earthworm, were you the one responsible for capturing Libra?"
Despite being insulted the mysterious woman simply chuckles, "do you think calling others earthworm will elevate yourself? As I see it, you're just someone drunk with power and I don't see anything special."
Lady Virgo sneers and her eyebrows furrows. "Whatever, don't think that you will get out of here alive by insulting a Saint."
"Insult? I was just stating facts. It shows how fragile your ego is if you're insulted by something like that."
Virgo clicks her tongue, "hey, how's her assessment? Hey!"
To her surprise, the monks for gathering information suddenly falls down one by one as though collapsing. One even falls from the floating cloud and lands on the ground.
I can see that the monk's eyes have whitened out. His skin is blue and looks cold. And there is a chilly mist escaping from his mouth.
For some reason, I can feel it's starting to feel cold and the air starts to become misty. I slowly take some distance since I'm feeling worried, but I can't help but watch.
"Hey! What's going on?" Says the confused Virgo.
The mysterious woman with the umbrella starts to laugh, "hahaha, I can't help but assist those old perverts to sleep since I can feel their eyes is peering all over my body."
I'm not sure who this mysterious woman is, but you go girl! Show these conceited Saints that you are the boss. They have come to far with their power.
[Scorpio]
Right now, Virgo is on the edge. Worse case scenario, she might activate her Heaven's Blessings and I will get caught up in it. Also, this is her battle so I shouldn't interfere but we lost our chance to assess our opponents since she put the monks to sleep.
This enemy might be on our level. Though I'm not sure about her strength but to know beings like this exist makes me excited.
To our surprise, a silver floating disc comes flying to Virgo.
Shit! A surprise attack?
"Look out!" I quickly appear right in front of Virgo, standing on the floating cloud to block the attack with my spear. However, when my spear clashed with the disc, a fierce lightning coming from the sky struck us directly.
When the lightning is gone, we found ourselves in the middle of nowhere. Somewhere high up in the sky in fact. But at least, we seem to have received no damage.
What's going on? Even Virgo is surprised. "Don't tell me, was that some sort of teleportation skill?"
Thinking about it, that lightning is someones ability. Someone was hiding behind the forest and threw that disc. When I came into contact with it with my spear, I activated the spell and it sent us in the middle of nowhere.
Virgo grits her teeth and throws a tantrum, knowing we don't know where we are. "That damn woman! If I see her again, I'll make sure to torture her where she'll beg for forgiveness. And I'll make sure she won't! That damn--"
I sigh as she rambles on and on.
After all, the high monks that was with us to gather information were knocked out cold. So it might take a while before we can return to that place. For now, I sent a Pure White Sparrow to gather information. It might return soon.
"Calm down Virgo."
"How are you so calm Scorpio?! That wench made fun of us and got away with it. This is unforgivable!" She grunts.
"I suggest we shall return to the Heaven's district. My undead were immobilized and I think there are many more of her hiding behind that forest. Maybe, we should report this to the Highest Being."
Finally, Virgo calms down and lays on her floating cloud. "I'm still feeling unsatisfied."
"Don't worry, as long as they are here, we will meet them sooner or later. Anyway, where are we?"
The pure white sparrow that I sent finally returned. I then say according to the info it gave me, " it seems we are in the far west of the Western region of the continent."

[Emperio] - Lightning Essential Clone
I finally cast my skill, [Sky's Roar]. A skill that will allow my target to get teleported randomly in this world. However, with the prerequisite that I'm chanting the spells while my weapon with a mark makes a contect with my enemy.
I analyzed the situation and those two are powerful. I'm not even sure if me and Eterna can take them on even if we band together. Sending them somewhere was the right call. However, I'm quite frustrated with Eterna since I roamed the entire place and finally found her here.
Even she hid her detectability from Lord Verni and mine.
I quickly appear besides her in a flash. When she notices me, she say, "Emperio, don't tell me that it was your fault why they are all gone. I'm looking forward for that fight."
The gall of this women.
I sigh.
Silently, I come close to her and carry her on my shoulders.
"Emperio, what are you trying to do?"
With my legs ready, I whizz across the forest heading towards the Silver Village with immense speed breaking the sound barrier. Eterna is confused and annoyed, "Emperio, you won't at least tell me why you are carrying me."
"I regret giving you my vote. Obviously, our Lord told me to bring you back. We were also told to avoid making contact with anyone since we are not yet aware of this world."
Eterna forces a chuckle, "hu hu hu, our Lord did mention something like that."
I sigh, "you're probably the problem child in this group. I'm sure you should know that our Lord's rules is absolute."
[Verni]
Right before me is Eterna and Emperio. Eterna has been gone for a week and I asked Emperio to look for her.
I can't believe Eterna would just wander off like that. Despite being at fault, Eterna still looks confident. "Eterna, do you have any excuse for what you did?"
"None, I was at fault. I just thought walking straight into the unknown was very tempting."
That was straight forward for her. "Anyway, Emperio mentioned something to me about encountering odd individuals."
Emperio told me whole of the details and with Ren by my side, I was surprised Ren's legs weaken as she facepalms. "Don't tell me, Verni... Those two that they met... One with a very sharp pure white spear and pony tail, and a giant woman riding a floating cloud. No doubt about it, that's the Guardian Saint Virgo and Scorpio."
Regardless, I'm impressed with Emperio's quick wits to send them away.
That would have been trouble.
As for Eterna, I have to punish her somehow. "Eterna, you are grounded in your domain for half a year. Reflect on your actions."
Eterna's soul emptied out as she tries to imagine how long half a year is. She loses her confidence and leaves walking weakly.
Later, everyone left me and Ren in the Silver Temple where we can discuss politics. Ren knows a lot about the church so she should give me a lot of ideas.
I say to Ren, "Ren, I wanna her your opinion."
"I have come across them once. Scorpio is a smart and quiet one. He is quite analytical, so after knowing about your generals they might retreat and inform everyone."
I sigh and lay back my to my backrest. This is bad, looks like I have informed the church that I have strong forces in the East.
"Could we be invaded by any moment?"
"No, Jerome is a cautious one. He won't be making a move like that without knowing the full size and strength of his enemy. Most of all, he is adept in the waiting game."
"Waiting game?"
Ren nods, "it's making a move even if it takes a long time as long with using minimal effort and resources. So what should we do, Verni? The fate of this dungeon and people rests on your hands. They are waiting for you."
Hearing it makes me nervous. I've never been a leader in my whole life except through my clones. Well, I was adept in base building videogames where I play as a commander, but that's about it.
If only I'm confident in my ability but I need another smart and experienced one to play devil's advocate. "Ren, do you have any experience with this stuff."
"Well, I was a Light Lord Guardian and a commander of the Templar Knights. We were considered the highest rank of any humans in the Crusaders Army."
I chuckle, patting her shoulder. "Why don't you become my Minister? I believe in you even if you act dumb sometimes."
Ren steps on my feet which causes me to wince. "Who are you calling stupid? I just want to live a carefree life and now you want me to return to that kind of life."
"So is that too much to ask, huh?"
"Though, you revived me and even gave me back my body. I guess, there's no way I can refuse."
"Haha, I was disappointed for a moment there. Thanks a lot Ren."
Ren sits on my armrest, in which I look at her rump which causes me to blush. "So what do you want to do? Do you want to conquer the world and wreck havoc Eastern Overlord?"
I clear my throat and turn my focus to important things. "There is no need to do that. My goal right now is for us to live comfortably in this world without feel afraid of what's out there. In order to achieve this, I want to strengthen this dungeon. I want to have this dungeon return to its former glory." I then stand and say with a determined look. "To do that, I will have my clones to clear dungeons."
To my surprise, something glows in my pocket. Taking it out, it seems to be the stone Alver gave me back then. This is Eye of the Calling right? It is a smaller one, and it has turned yellow.
"If you have received then by any chance are you the Infitius, the Eastern Overlord?" Says an unfamiliar voice of a woman.
