Dragon Ball: A Better Bulma

Bulma is one of the best Dragon Ball characters, nobody can deny that. Perhaps the most intelligent person in the world, a woman who doesn't age, and despite being a mother of two in the canon, she still keeps her figure. So what if she could improve herself? Not just by using her incredible intellect to create various technologies, but also to fight. She may not be as powerful as a human, but the Omniverse is infinite! Someone unknown reincarnated as Bulma, lucky for her, she has one advantage that sets her apart from all her infinite versions, she's a mutant of her race! If Freezer is a mutant and so powerful, and Broly is even more so, why can't there be human mutants?
