The gargantuan and sprawling maze of the academy was bathed in the warm golden haze of the morning light, its brilliant incandescence that seemed to light up the world with its golden stark appearance that seemed majestic in the warm golden glow of morning. Students of various sizes, race and stature walked throughout the whole school, the stark shirts and blue slacks the young boys and youth wore as they rushed according to were they where meant to be filled the training grounds and select classrooms as the females wore white blouses with blue skirts, some choosing to fill the quiet gardens others rushing to classrooms with their male classmates and a few choosing to spend time in the training gardens. Such was the daily life of those who resided within the great academia of Rivaegerlon, a hotspot for the greatest talents all gathered here, to be taught, imbibed and equipped with the necessary skills that suited and attracted such great talents throughout the whole western continent.
In a specific classroom, a beautiful ashen haired lady, draped in a fiery red dress that was accentuated by a white lab coat taught with an excited tone, her eyes flickering with a subtle excitement as she taught the attentive class. Her animated walk, whilst explaining various concepts, grabbed fast the attention of the students, leaving them either spell bound by her simple yet complex explanations or intensely focused, trying to make sense of what was being taught.
The warm golden glow of morning seemed insignificant as the class was drowned in a deep shadow that dimmed greatly as it drew near towards the teaching lady.
"What makes En such a complex substance is its susceptibility to change. You might be wondering, "what do you mean by change? Isn't En a positive substance?" But thats where you get it wrong, if En was a positive substance then the great river of Sekivern shouldn't exist yet, now that very same river flows to this day. So from that very same example even if En was a positive source then how does a man transition to being a king? See, that's why En can't possibly be a positive substance. Right now, you can sense the ambient En, its free despite various focal points being in the same room, yet should any one of you engage or power their technique, the rest of the ambient En will and must take the properties that your technique. That's what makes En such a volatile substance, highly erratic yet so very interesting. I shall provide an example to support my reasoning's,"
She then stood in front of her ebony desk, her excited gaze sweeping through the mind boggled students then as though finding her targets, she opened her mouth calling out three names to the front.
"Sashah Ygritle
"Yuovonne Telien
"Typhoen Higritras
One red headed young woman with a somber scowl rose from her front seat, another being a genial young man with a solemn expression with chocolate brown hair as he rose from his sit, the last one being a sapphire eyed handsome young man with a cocky smile adorning his handsome features as he rose from his seat. With all three gathering and standing beside each other, they all faced their lecturer each bearing a different expression,
displeasure,
surrender,
Interest.
Each being here to see what their lecturer meant, their curiosity burning high as they each gazed upon their voluptuous lecturer. Sizing them all up with her crimson eyes, she spoke once again.
"Okay, I want you lot to simply and I mean to simply activate your technique."
Curiosity burning within each of their onlookers eyes as they watched from each of their respective seats, even the ever-stoic looking Alderen looked ahead, signs of fascinations burning deep within those vibrant amethyst eyes of his. The main reason for each of their burning curiosity and fascination was because of the strict rules imposed by the school, the absolute denial of using techniques within school grounds. Eyes locked ahead as all wanted to know, What kind of technique do they each have?
It was a shared thought, every one within the confines of the classroom had never in any scenario ever seen their fellow classmates techniques. It was akin to revealing a most precious secret to a random stranger,
"Miss Valerion, is it truly important to activate our techniques. You said that the ambient En is easily volatile and susceptible to change, so uh, won't activating the technique alert the whole school?
A small smile played on her lips as Typhoen answered back in a excited tone,
"Who cares about such stuff?! You got a stage its now up to you to act upon it... Miss Valerion, I'll-"
I'll start"
Sashah answered coolly, her fiery expression gone as her head drooped low. The sudden change in demeaner caught the class off-guard as Typhoen and Valerion simply stood there, small smiles adorning their expressions.
Harris and Gerald, the two best friends sat there, their eyes highly observant as they gave each other small smiles. Fascination and abounding curiosity burning like pillars of fire within their individual beings.
'Its finally happening,'
Each thought as something occurred,
The neutral ambient En began to coagulate, but instead of it being a sensation it appeared as a vision, something they saw with their very own eyes,
Blood
Towering cataracts of crimson fell from the high heavens, their mighty roar causing the world to tremble ever so greatly as they cascaded downwards in their mighty force. Formed rivers and coagulated pools of crimson viscous blood flowed endlessly as even the repugnant stench of deep crimson blood accompanying the seemingly endless rivers of blood filled the entire classroom.
"That's enough, Sashah."
Valerion's voice quietly resounded ending the grand illusion that had left many... shocked. It was awe-inducing to see something like that with their very own eyes,
Clapping resounded throughout the stunned class as Alderen had stood up clapping. A stunned expression marking his countenance.
"What you just saw and witnessed is the susceptibility of En, how its easily influenced by any technique that has been activated within the ambient En. What you should have noticed much more seen is that, whatever technique activated, the ambient En, gains the characteristics its being exposed to becoming whatever the technique is and what it contains. Now, what would happen if two techniques we opened at the same time, Yuovonne, Typhoen, I want you two to activate both your techniques on the count of three."
Upon receiving the instruction, both the boys walked away from each other. Approaching a certain distance, they turned and faced each other as they waited for the lecturer to begin count. The atmosphere was silent as a solemn expression cloaked the beautiful countenance of Valerion. The class members where still stupefied as their focus settled once again on the two figures, time seemed to have stopped to a crawl as the seconds trickled by.
3
Then the ambient En turned into a raging storm that had massive super cells settling upon each other as they rotated violently, terrible winds perused the world as lightnings as thick as standard house shot out, terrifying the world. Cold rains pelted downwards heavily as nobody seemed to exist within the massive supercells that contained terrible potential, but it was nothing alike the previous the previous experience as a live hurricane formed within the extraordinary supercell.
What terrifying presence this storm had.
But, beside the typhoon and its supercells, a towering tree, no-towering couldn't be said to describe its... its size. Massive, titanic, immense, colossal, gigantic... all those words could be combined together, mixed and set... yet... it couldn't even begin to describe its magnificent size as it stood timeless against the raging squall that waged its furious war against the world. Yet as quickly as the sudden storm and the extra-ordinary tree appeared, so did they disappear leaving only a shocked and terrified class in their wake.
Alderen sat there motionless, a slight terror inching towards his being as a frown crept towards his face.
Miss Valerion, stood between the two individuals solemnly as she cast her gaze, observing the class, and each of their reactions truly could be best captured only through art. Tremendous shock had turned their expressions in to a canvas of different emotions and feelings as they all sat there, observing the two individuals each standing in their own respective area. Not a breath could be heard as even the two best friends Harris and Gerald, sat there amazed and flabbergasted.
"Now, as you saw, when different techniques are activated simultaneously, the ambient En will rapidly multiply ensuring that a balance is reached between the two already expressed techniques. If the ambient En did not rapidly multiply but simply conformed to the already expressed technique, then the whole world would be subject to the sheer and mere presence of the already activated technique."
Though she spoke, it seemed as though each of her words fell on deaf ears as the dazed expressions of the students continued to plague them.
Gerald and Harris, they too sat there at a loss for words as they couldn't make sense of it all, but regardless of their shocked or dazed state, Valerion continued to teach sending the called students back to their respective seats.
Whilst ascending the stairs, Typhoen Higritras locked eyes with Alderen Von Guzstav, an indescribable emotion flashing through each of their respective eyes as Typhoen continued ascending back to his seat.
Though Valerion caught a short glimpse of the already stunned expressions of her students, she continued regardless, seeking to finish her lesson thus achieving her main reason for being here and as though the world paid attention to her small wish, the lesson ended leaving the dazed students at a sudden loss for words. They had enjoyed the lesson prior to the demonstration but after, many tried to listen they truly tried but as sure as lightning strikes during a storm, so did the shock strike true.
The day still continued regardless of their ongoing shock, they all tried to pay attention to both the oncoming and ongoing lectures but they just couldn't shake away the awe, that tremendous awe at the display of power but one student, as though the events that had taken place within that first lecture, continued playing within their minds constantly grabbing their attention, leaving them at a loss towards grasping at the sudden influx of knowledge taught regardless of their shock.

Strange voices filled with strange words echoed around the air as an indescribable tongue and tone was used to carefully graft those spoken words.
'Ughh! what is that.. noise?'
That was the first thought filling their mind as the strange tongue with its strange intonations continued about, ignorant of the confused thought birthed within their strange environment.
They tried opening their eyes, but darkness was all they saw. Seeing that darkness, that terrible darkness, a fear crept up.
'maybe I'm still dreaming,'
Thinking as such, they opened their eyes wider trying to absorb even the smallest ray of light but again darkness meet their desire. A terror encroached upon their feeble soul as they shuddered.
'..am...I.. back.... no, it can't be?!'
They broke out in a cold sweat as once again that terrible fear from ago encroached their soul. But, the strange voice with its strange tongue continued talking as giggling accompanied their voice, other voices began to join in, speaking in their strange tongue filled with strange words. That calmed his heart as they began to listen to the spoken words... confusion of the highest order bamboozled him.
'wha...t, what kind of language is this?'
He couldn't even begin to make heads or tails of what was spoken. Another involuntary shudder besieged them as they opened their mouth to speak.
"Where am I?"
The words came out smoother than expected, which he found strange, in fact his whole body felt strange... it was brimming with much power.
'what is this?! I feel so very powerful, so healthy.. wow!'
What a wonder it was but before he could take in that wonder, the strange voice filled with its strange tongue stopped. A confusion beset him as he felt gazes boring into him and as though on que, the strange talking continued this time urgency laced within each voice.
'what's all this about? in fact where could I be to hear such a language spoken so commonly, damn. I've lost too many skills due to that damn sleep and now I can't even remember basic logistics, sigh, what a conundrum.'
He thought, as this time he felt a soft gentle touch. Accompanying that touch was a soft vibrant fragrance that tickled his fancy.
"beautiful"
He softly uttered as the soft touch seemed to examine him checking for any abnormalities that would have occurred but all that registered to his mind was the soft smell that seemed to send him delirious.
