# Chapter 44. Thus, I Know
Before the start of the new semester, the school grounds were quite filled with a springtime atmosphere.
The trees had small sprouts on their branches and the magnolia trees already had buds.
However, Jinju couldn't bring herself to smile when she looked at the flowers, because the spring season only reminded her of Junhui Kang.
She walked around the school grounds once, unsure of when she would next return, and then finished signing her dispatch work documents at the administration office and headed to the teacher's office.
With the new semester starting in a few days, most of the teachers were present in their offices.
Jinju greeted them briefly and shared the beverages she had brought.
"You're strange, indeed. Why would you bother going there and have a tough time?"
"I know. It's already tough here!"
"Phew. At least the kids there might be a little more innocent..."
