# Chapter 48. Whether It’s Genuine or Fake
Junhui carefully poured the curry on top of the rice and took a spoonful of it. Jinju thought that even the way he chewed it in his mouth was elegant.
"Oh, by the way, I can't guarantee the taste will be good. I did my best, though..."
Jinju confessed as soon as Junhui put the spoonful of food in his mouth, causing him to close his eyes tightly.
The undercooked carrot was crunchy, but still, he chewed it all the way and even took another spoonful. Hurriedly, Jinju ate a spoonful of it herself and then frowned. She could see what was wrong immediately.
"How is this possible, even though I cooked it for so long? Why is the carrot so hard?"
"It's all right. Well, it's okay to eat. You did a good job, Miss Baek."
Junhui raised his hand and gently ruffled her hair.
"I thought curry was easy, but this isn't easy, either."
"I said, you did a good job. It's one of the most decent curries I've ever had."
"No way."
"I mean it."
