A man who died in the real world is reincarnated in the body of Monkey D. Luffy.
However, he has none of Luffy's dreams or personality, uses an original Paramecia Devil Fruit called the Tag-Tag Fruit to conquer and cultivate women of the One Piece world. 
The OC is a realist who has no interest in becoming Pirate King, and instead focuses on building a Harem crew of women. 
No male canon characters (Zoro, Sanji, etc.) will join the crew.
