A crisp echo rang out. Zara's cheek had a red handprint.
"How can you do that to him!?" Amanda shouted.
To the side, Merlin stood. His gaze was lowered solemnly. Half a year had passed since the Sacred Duel between Merlin and Zara.
Although Isaac seemed to be content with hiding the truth of the incident between him and Zara, Merlin had subtly guided Zara to apologize to Amanda and reveal the truth.
At least, Isaac's family deserved to know the truth.
