But, as if sensing my presence, the Mythical Beast's fire raged uncontrollably and attacked me.

Vines rosed from the ground forming a barrier, blocking the fireballs coming towards me.
"Thank God, it's just a child. "
If the Mythical Beast was an adult, I'm not confident I can win in a fight.

It was enough to make the beast scared and retract its claws ans behaved as the fire began to calm down.
I narrowed my eyes in confusion.

As the fire began to stopped, I can finally see the form of the Mythical Beast clearly.
An eagle with radiant crimson, scarlet and gold feathers.
A Phoenix.
A legendary immortal bird.

Fire elemental beast was common on reptiles but rare on other species.

Knowing my power was plants of nature facing against a Phoenix was a horrible experience.

Looking at the bird which was completely wet, I smiled as I absorbed again the water to dry my clothes.

The bird flapped it wings, trying to make a mess again.
"We will have a second one if you not behave. "
But before it make a scene, I gave a warning as the Venus plant hovered above us.
Ready to give another "nice shower".

The bird became quiet but its eyes was still blazing in rage towards me.

I picked up the bird and to make sure it didn't try to attack me, I used vines to sealed its power temporary.
