"The king is nothing without his queen. Keifer is nothing without Jay. I am mothing without you."
Were the first sentences Jay heard after waking up.
Her eyes were still shut. She still hadn't moved her hand. But her ears were listening. Waiting. For tbe password to unlock the door to consciousness.
Her fingers twitched. Keifer felt it.
"Jay?" He whispered
"Kei-fer…" Jay said. Her voice rough. Her thoat dry:
She gestured for water. Keifer stood, walking over to the dressing table grabbing the jug and pouring a glass of water before handing it to Jay.
She didn't drink the water. She chugged it.
She sat up. More upright. Keifer helped.
"Finally. You're awake" Keifer said. Sitting beside her bed.
"How-long was..i out" Jay choked out.
"Over a month"
Jay's eyes widened.
"A month?"
"Yeah". "You scared hs all to death. Especially me. I thought i lost you"
"Never"
"You never know Jay"
"But as long as i am alive. I won't let you leave me. Ever again"
She opened her arms. Keifer moved closser. Pulling her into a crushing hug. Kissing the top of her head.
Not once, not twice. But multiple times.
Jay just stayed close. Feeling the warmth she had missed for a month.
As they sat there wrapped in eachother. Keifer finally felt happy for the first time in 6 weeks.
Because his queen was back home with the king and they were exactly where the needed to be.

*The Next Day*
Section e had arrived at the Wayson mansion.
They were out of their houses before they got to know that Jay was awake.
Eman brought food.
Blaster brought his guitar.
Edrix and Rory brought information on Kaizer and Adrian.
Ci-n brought jokes.
Calix brought Mica.
Delzel brought Grace and Grazel Jay.
Felix brought game news.
Josh brought flowers.
David brought chocolates.
Eren brought stories anout his girlfriendsss.
Mayo and Kit brought yogorino.
Drew brought money from finally wining.
Keifer of course brought his love and protection for Jay but that was already there.
Jay was on the sofa. Section e was scattered around the living area and dining room.
The door sung open and the Fernandez family walked in. Along with Jeana Mariano and Percy Mariano.
Angelo was at the front. His eyes scanning the area for Jay immediately.
Tita Gemma came next carrying her home made lenchon. Jay's favourite.
Aries walked in. Holding Ella's hand.
Percy came in loud and untameable.
Jeana walked in calm and composed.
Keifer was sitting beside Jay. His hand constantly on her thigh under the blanket.
Grounding her completely. A silent message to show that he was still there.

The chaos continued until dinner. The ling mahogany table was fillied with plates for everyone.
The staff brought out the food. Plated in large ciramic dishes.
As everyone sat down to eat. Angelo made an announcement.
"I have decided that Jay and Keifer's wedding will be tight after they finish university. If they want that of course"
Jay looked at Keifer. Keifer was alreadg looking at Jay.
"What do u say mutya?"
"I think…yeah"
"Yeah? Wedding after graduation?"
"Yeah. Wedding after graduation"
"Then it is settled"
Everyone cheered.
Section e were already talking about bachelor parties.
The girls were talking about makeup looks
Tita Gemma and Jeana were talking about themes and venues.
Angelo and Aries talking about expenses, and which business partners to invite.
And in the middle of it all.
Jay and Keifer.

Hi lovelies. I know i have been writing short chapters lately. But i just this that short chapters for this book are good. I will still try and do long chapters for the other book but i think in this book short chapters are not that bad. Also i am thinking of bringing the other book to an end soon. What do you think?
