Chapter 57 - Ch.53 Descent of the Sky Tyrant

At Dormitory Gate.

The dormitory gate had already become a battlefield before anyone truly realized it.

President Cas raised his hand—and space itself bent.

A ring of shimmering, semi-circular portals snapped into existence, forming a glowing cage around the girl with white wings. Each arc floated in the air like fractured mirrors, enclosing her from every direction. The air hummed, tense and sharp, as if reality itself was holding its breath.

"A birdcage is ready.", Cas spoke.

He spoke in an intention of injecting fear into the women with beautiful white winds or rather to create doubts into her mind.

But She smiled.

Not fear.Not anger.Joy.

A quiet, terrifying joy.

"Attack!" someone shouted.

Guards, students, surged forward all at once—steel, mana, and desperation clashing in a chaotic charge, but they never reached her.

"This is making me excited", She says smiling and then——

Her beautiful white wings unfolded slowly… almost gently and then feathers rose.

Hundreds. No, thousands of feathers rose but they didn't fall. They levitate, suspended like blades waiting for a command.

And then she flicks her fingers and in an instant sky turns red.

The feathers shot forward.

Not randomly—precisely.

One pierced straight through a guard's forehead.Another drove into a student's abdomen, dropping him instantly.Several tore through chests, lungs, shoulders—each strike clean, merciless, unstoppable.

Blood spread. Heads flew. Screams erupted.

Bodies fell before they even understood what had happened.

The birdcage becomes chaos and through the chaos—Eren moved with no hesitation or fear.

His body was glowing, due to his blessings which grant him protection from any physical attacks and also, he can share the protection with anyone until they are in physical contract.

This ability can also help him to hold the enemies with him like he did to make the lady slam on the ground.

Unlike lady, his body right now is not in his perfect condition due to the crash, but he is still doing his best.

Eren moves and then swings his sword as they close their distance. His eyes were locked on her.

Lady notices but instead of fear, a smile came on her face and then she leapt.

Upward—light, effortless, almost graceful.

"You can't go forward.", President Cas spoke as his one hand on his face and his other in the air.

He was smiling.

A Bird is like a slave.

A slave obeys his master not by loyalty but by a belief that one day he could be free.

But little did he know, even if he attained freedom, he cannot go bypass his belief, He thought.

And then—

A portal snapped open above her.

In an instant, her body was split across space—her upper half forced out from the portal directly in front of Eren.

She appeared mid-air, disoriented—

"Ahghhh", Eren screams and then he swung.

A clean, lethal arc aimed to end everything in one strike.

But—

She caught the blade with her mouth.

Steel stopped between her teeth.

For a split second, time froze.

Then—

She leapt, making her body slid fully out of the portal and as her eyes met Eren, she slams her fist onto his face.

The impact blasted him backward, boots tearing across the ground as he struggled to hold his footing.

Before he could recover—

She raises her hand and then in an instant wind gather violently.

A hurricane exploded outward toward Eren, swallowing him in roaring force, tearing the ground beneath him as he was launch backwards.

At the same time—

Her wings flared open.

And she unleashed them.

Wind slashes—dozens, no—hundreds—ripped through the battlefield, tearing toward the remaining students.

They screamed, scattering, trying to survive.

But she didn't look on them.

For her they were just a little ant.

The main person who attracted her attention was President Cas, who was standing firm holding the surrounding semi-circle portals with his blessing of gluttony.

She accelerated.

A blur of white and destruction, flying straight toward President Cas.

Feathers fired toward him like arrows.

But Cas didn't move.

Even though she was coming directly towards him, he didn't flinch nor he felt fear.

The main reason for such attitude is his belief "Fear makes fool of people."

Portals opened and closed instantly, bending space to redirect every attack—each feather vanishing into one portal and exiting harmlessly elsewhere.

She closed the distance.

Cas reacted.

Four portals snapped into place around her, attempting to lock her in.

For a second it worked but...

She disappeared.

Reappeared behind him.

Her hand wrapped around his neck.

No struggle.

No warning.

And then—

She flew.

"Hk—"

Exploding forward with terrifying speed, dragging him along like nothing.

Straight toward the glowing semi-circle cage.

Eren saw it.

He tried to move—

But behind him, students were still being torn apart by the hurricane and slashes.

He stopped.

Turned.

Protected them.

And in that one moment—

He lost her.

She crossed the boundary.

Vanishing inside the bird cage with president.

Seconds passed.

Only the storm remained.

Then—

She came out, slowly, calmly, unharmed, smiling as her eyes widened like a demon.

Behind her—

President Cas, still in her grip.

"That was a nice fight, but you lost.", She spoke looking towards trembling president.

His body soaked in blood. Clothes torn. Breathing heavy.

Barely standing.

And then—

The cage began to fade.

One portal at a time, the glowing arcs flickered and disappeared into nothingness.

The battlefield fell silent.

Wind died.

Dust settled.

Everyone stared.

Confused. Frozen.

She looked at them.

Smiled again.

"Now…" she said softly, almost playfully,"my turn."

She raised her hand toward the sky.

The sky didn't just darken—

It collapsed inward.

Clouds twisted violently, folding into themselves as if something above the world had grabbed them and started wringing them like cloth. The light dimmed, not into night—but into something heavier, suffocating… as if the air itself had weight.

"What the heck is happening", Eren eyes widened.

Then—

The first tornado fell.

Not formed.

Dropped.

A massive column of spiraling wind slammed down from the sky, connecting heaven to earth in an instant. The impact cracked the ground, stone ripping apart as dust and debris were violently pulled upward into its core. It roared—not like wind, but like something alive, something screaming.

Before anyone could react—

The second one followed.

It descended slightly farther away, twisting faster, sharper—its edges cutting through the surroundings. Trees bent unnaturally before being torn from their roots, chunks of the dormitory walls ripping free and vanishing into the storm. The air around it distorted, vibrating with lethal force.

Then—

The third.

The largest.

It didn't fall straight—it curved as it descended, like it was choosing where to land.

And when it struck—

Everything changed.

The three tornadoes began to move.

Not randomly.

Not naturally.

They circled.

Slowly at first… then faster… orbiting the battlefield like predators closing in. Their winds collided, merged, split apart—creating violent shockwaves that tore across the ground. The space between them became a storm zone—unpredictable, chaotic, impossible to navigate.

The sound was unbearable.

A constant, deafening roar mixed with the cracking of stone, the tearing of metal, and the screams of everything being consumed.

Debris filled the sky—rocks, wood, weapons, pieces of the gate—spinning endlessly inside the vortexes.

Even breathing became difficult.

Air was being dragged away.

Pulled upward.

Stolen.

The ground beneath everyone's feet trembled as if it might give way at any second.

And at the center of it all—

She hovered.

Still.

Untouched.

Her white wings spread wide, unaffected by the chaos she had created.

Her hair flowed gently, as if she stood in calm air while the world below was being torn apart.

Her eyes looked down at them—

Not with rage.

Not with hatred.

But with control.

This wasn't destruction born from fury.

This was precision.

The tornadoes weren't just storms—

They were hers.

Each one moved exactly as she willed, tightening their circle, closing the distance, trapping everyone inside a shrinking arena of wind and death.

And as the storms roared louder—

Her smile widened.

Because this…

This was only the beginning.
