Captain Marvel looked at Ryan, wary. "Are you playing another trick, just like when you lied to those police officers to frame me before?"
Hearing this, Ryan slowly shook his head and held up one finger. "First, I have never told a single lie..."
"Aren't all the disasters currently happening on Earth caused by the Skrulls you brought back?"
"Is it not a fact that you can think independently and discern the lies I just told you, yet you chose to believe the lies the Skrulls told you without a shred of doubt?"
"Is it not a fact that you don't care at all about why I would kill and torture the Skrulls, only that I killed them, and in your anger, you chose to strike out at your own kin?"
"Admit it, Carol. In your heart, the status of the Skrulls has long since surpassed that of your fellow humans on Earth. This is a fact you cannot even argue against!"
Hearing these words, cold sweat poured down Captain Marvel's forehead!
In her heart, she had actually realized how much calamity she had brought upon Earth...

Looking at Ryan's exceptionally wicked smile, Captain Marvel suddenly felt a deep sense of dread!
The Skrulls really had lied to her!
But it wasn't just that they lied; they had secretly replaced countless humans without mentioning such 'small matters' to her!
Worse, they had lied to her about Ryan's level of power and his level of evil!
Ryan's strength far exceeded the Skrulls' descriptions, and his wickedness far surpassed the intelligence the Skrulls had given her!
At this moment, the invincible Captain Marvel was afraid.
She had absolutely no idea how to deal with someone who was stronger than her and possessed zero morality!
So, she chose to turn around and activate her faster-than-light flight mode, preparing to flee Earth.

In just one second, Captain Marvel crossed hundreds of kilometers and arrived at a small city in a Small Nation called Markvis!
The air above city suddenly shuddered violently, causing the sky to emit a sharp, explosive boom!
The sound was so immense that the citizens of that city—who were already panicking while watching news of the sudden disaster in other surronding nations-couldn't help but cover their ears!
But they didn't know yet that this ear-piercing shockwave was merely a warning before the true disaster!
Two seconds later, the city center looked as if another nuclear bomb had detonated. A massive crater ten miles wide instantly appeared, and an invisible shockwave swept out across the entire city!
In the areas near this ten-mile crater, whether it was skyscrapers or the people within range, everything was blown apart by the shockwave!
Further away, the glass of the skyscrapers was shattered by the aftershocks, and everyone was knocked off their feet!

She missed her Universe; she wanted to go back and continue being her cosmic vigilante!
But that was clearly impossible, because the back of her head was being held firmly by a large hand. She couldn't break free even a little!
In the next second, that familiar feeling of losing control returned as she was slammed toward another direction!
Unlike the previous receding scenery, this time she watched with wide eyes as her face plowed through the city. Her super-vision even clearly saw her face smashing through terrified people inside the buildings she destroyed, their flesh and blood splattering all over her!
In this manner, within a mere minute, city endured countless piercing attacks. The entire city was like it was being constantly hammered by an invisible air cannon. Under the streaks of golden afterimages tearing through the air, skyscrapers collapsed one after another !
Until... the entirety of that city fell!
Then, the golden afterimage continued flying towards next Target. Behind her, a silver figure chased after the golden shadow, shouting 'Stop!' in 'grief and indignation' and 'fury,' attempting to prevent the other from further destroying the cities!
At least, in the eyes of the global audience watching the live broadcast edited by Ultron and provided by Stark's satellites, that was exactly how things were playing out~
