Go, go!
I treat you like my bestie, but you're eyeing my body!
Although Black Widow in some Universes might be a bit promiscuous, no Universe has ever suggested that Black Widow is a lesbian!
She still prefers tall, strong men who can give her a sense of security.
In the comics, it was Captain America, Winter Soldier, Soviet Captain, Hawkeye, Daredevil, Spider-Man, Iron Man, Doctor Doom, and so on...
In the movies, it was Dr. Banner (Hulk).
And in this Universe, it is...
"Go, believe in yourself. They will accept you. Even if you're not from the same Universe, blood is thicker than water after all."
Ryan said to the Witch.
(Because there are now two Wandas in this Universe, in the narration, the Wanda from the other Universe will be referred to as 'the Witch,' while the Wanda from this Universe will be referred to as 'Wanda.')
"Mm!" With Ryan's encouragement, the Witch nodded heavily and slowly floated down from the rooftop to an old room door.
This was the Maximoff siblings' residence in Sokovia.
A small, cramped studio apartment in the slums, less than thirty square meters, with one room, one living room, and one bathroom.
After all, their parents died young, and their house was bombed by a Stark missile. You can't expect the siblings to have lived well, can you?
Even this small snail-shell house was only rented by the siblings, not truly their own.
But after joining the Avengers in another Universe, with the help of a rich guy like Tony, the Witch, who had long since escaped poverty, saw this old door and showed no disdain, only excitement and nostalgia in her eyes.
This was once the last place she and her brother lived carefree.
Since leaving here, tragedy seemed to have clung to her like a curse. First, her only kin, her brother, died. Later, the lover she had placed new hope in also died. Like Thor, she seemed to have nothing left...
But now, she had a chance to start over!
The Witch took a deep breath, raised her hand, and knocked on the door.
Thump, thump-thump————
As the Witch knocked, there was immediate movement inside the room.
First, a pleasant female voice came from the room: "Pietro, it sounds like someone's knocking. Go check, I'm chopping vegetables."
Then a young male voice also came out: "Oh, what terrible timing. I'm taking a dump, wiping now, almost done, almost done!"
Clearly, this house was not only small but also had terrible sound insulation.
Half a minute later, the footsteps inside the house grew closer. Amidst the Witch's nervous expression, the door finally opened.
Pietro opened the door. He looked at the Witch standing at the door, and Ryan behind her, and was stunned: "Wanda? Aren't you cooking in the kitchen?"
"And, who is this gentleman?"
As soon as Pietro finished asking, the 'Wanda' in front of him suddenly hugged him tightly, choking out: "Brother, finally, I see you again..."
Although Pietro was a bit confused, feeling Wanda's trembling body in his arms, he immediately cast aside these oddities, gently patting her back and laughing:
"Although I don't know why you're suddenly so emotional, just for that 'brother,' no matter what you want, I'll get it for you!"
You see, because he and Wanda were born only a dozen minutes apart, Wanda rarely called him brother, usually calling him by his name.
Upon hearing this, the Witch let go of Pietro, grabbed his hands, a strange red light flashing in her eyes, and said resolutely:
"No, you will never have to take any risks for me or for anyone else again. From now on, I will protect you, protect all of you!"
Pietro looked at the red light in the Witch's eyes, and his expression immediately became serious.
Seeing his expression, the Witch then remembered that at this point in time, she and her brother had not yet been taken by HYDRA, nor had they awakened their abilities under the influence of the Mind Stone, so they had no superpowers!
Her heart suddenly became anxious, fearing that her brother would dislike her because of this.
As her emotions fluctuated, Ryan, standing behind the Witch, felt his Spider-Sense react again.
He vaguely felt that something around Wanda was being altered...
And it was a feeling both familiar and strange, as if he had experienced this feeling not long ago. That was...
Ryan's eyes lit up, and he remembered: subverting reality, changing reality, isn't this... the power of the Reality Stone!
No, that's not right, it should be Chaos Magic!
It's just that the Reality Stone and Chaos Magic are very similar; both are rule-based, overpowered existences that can modify reality!
In fact, Chaos Magic is even more overpowered.
The Reality Stone needs all six infinity stones to unleash its full power, while Chaos Magic, if developed well individually, is more powerful than all six infinity stones combined!
And the current Wanda is unconsciously emitting the power of Chaos Magic to modify reality.
Just like in Westview on the sacred timeline...
However, before the Witch came to this Universe, Tony from this other Universe hadn't died, so with Tony's help, she had already buried Vision's 'body' and bid farewell to the past. Therefore, her power to alter reality this time was not as strong as Scarlet Witch's on the sacred timeline.
It manifested a little, but it hadn't reached the point of an outburst.
But even a tiny bit is a fatal threat to ordinary people.
Ryan looked at the raised hairs on his arm and couldn't help but click his tongue.
One can only say that Chaos Magic is still too overpowered...
Moreover, this thing is not a power inherited through bloodlines, so Symbiotes cannot replicate it...
Ryan crossed his arms, choosing not to interrupt Wanda's unconsciously emitted reality-altering power, but merely watched quietly.
His Spider-Sense only detected Wanda emitting power, but there was no danger warning, indicating that nothing would go wrong.
Sure enough, after Pietro stared at Wanda's faintly glowing red eyes for a moment, he didn't show any fear, but instead said in a deep voice:
"Wanda, when did you... learn to wear colored contacts? Wearing too many of those isn't good for your eyes. Don't wear them anymore!"
"Huh?"
The Witch was a bit surprised by her brother's thought process.
He actually thought her eyes were glowing because she was wearing colored contacts?
However, just as the Witch secretly breathed a sigh of relief for having bluffed her way through, unexpected events always followed...
She had clearly forgotten that her other self was still inside the house...
"Pietro, what's taking so long? Who is it... Ah!!!"
CRASH————
With the scream and the sound of a plate hitting the floor, everyone looked inside the house.
Amidst Pietro's terror, the Witch's panic, and Ryan's calm gaze, another, younger Wanda appeared before everyone.
Pietro, especially, retreated a few steps in extreme terror, moving away from the Witch, but at the same time, not daring to approach the Wanda inside the house. He stood between the two identical people, his gaze shifting back and forth.
"How can there be two Wandas? Who... which one of you is the real Wanda?!"
If Ryan hadn't intervened, the scene would likely have devolved into a very melodramatic 'identify the imposter' contest.
But Ryan was too lazy to wait for the three of them to go through the whole plot of questioning, arguing, explaining, recognizing, and finally becoming 'family,' so he chose to step forward.
