Chris stepped forward to comfort her.
"Well, they don't have a job. All they do is rest at home. You can't be compared to them." He convinced her.
"Why not? You just don't want me to go back to work, right?"
"That's not what I meant," he said.
"That is what you mean, I can tell. You pretend that you listen to and agree with me, but that's not what you really think. Tell me, do you hate me?" she asked.
As she spoke, fat dews of tears rolled down her cheeks.
He panicked when he saw her cry and he quickly stepped forward to hug her.
"What are you talking about? All I want is to dote on you all the time, so why would I feel that way toward you? Don't cry, come on, don't cry. Our baby is going to get upset if you do."
He was about to wipe her tears away with a wet tissue, but she darted away from him.
"Don't mention our baby to me. You don't love our baby at all."
She said as she wailed even harder.
