While Tsunade was busy performing a clinical examination and Kushina was toiling away to heal him, Saiki was experiencing a state of joyous agony. The sensation was almost too much to bear.
The idea of Tsunade and Kushina treating him together was something Saiki hadn't even dared to dream about. Both were hot-tempered women, and the fact that he hadn't fully "conquered" Tsunade yet made the situation even more precarious. He wasn't even sure of the exact state of Kushina's heart.
But here they were, Kushina and Tsunade, both dedicated to his recovery. Saiki felt like the luckiest man alive.
However, beneath that happiness, Saiki wanted to weep. It was like having his favorite meal served right in front of him, but with a blade pressed against his throat, forbidding him from taking a bite.
He could only watch; he couldn't reach out and take control.
Right now, Saiki was dying to roll over, swap from the "horse" to the "rider," and vent his frustrations on both Kushina and Tsunade. But he could only fantasize.
Forget about acting on those impulses; he didn't even have the courage to "wake up."
Even without knowing that a silent rivalry had sparked between the two women, the mere thought of the "Shura Field" waiting for him upon awakening made his heart tremble.
Not only did he not dare to wake up, but he also had to make his "unconscious" state look convincing. If Tsunade discovered he'd been awake the whole time, she would likely beat him to death.
In reality, Saiki was overthinking. If he had woken up, Kushina and Tsunade wouldn't have done anything violent; they would have just been overcome with mortification.
Of course, once the physical "exercise" concluded, the real question remained: which woman would he choose?
That would be the true start of the bloodbath.
Years of cultivation allowed Saiki to mask his vital signs perfectly. Combined with the sheer gap in their power levels, Tsunade remained oblivious to his consciousness.
The atmosphere in the room was heavy with silence. Aside from discussing Saiki's medical status, the two women had nothing to say to each other.
Kushina continued to grind her slender waist, rising and falling gently atop her "little horse."
Tsunade knelt by his side, her palm pressed to Saiki's chest, trying every medical trick in her arsenal to snap him out of his coma. But how do you wake a man who is determined to stay asleep?
Time ticked away. Kushina's breathing became shallow and rapid. She was still recovering from a near-fatal extraction; her stamina was abysmal. After a few minutes of work, she was already reaching her limit.
As Kushina grew feverish and her muscles began to tighten, Saiki was suffering as well.
Saiki had been incredibly enduring tonight. To recover his initial state, he had first engaged in a frantic bout with Tsunade, the resilient and voluptuous Sannin. He had sent her to heaven twice before she passed out, and he had only released once.
Then, he had moved to Kushina. He had ended her maidenhood and sent her to ecstasy to complete the initial soul-anchor. He hadn't released a single time during that process.
By the time he finished treating Kushina, he was physically spent, only to be mounted by Tsunade again. She had gone wild for nearly an hour, utilizing her Yin Seal and pushing her body to total exhaustion. Saiki had held on throughout all of it.
Now, it was Kushina's turn again. The tenderness and the damp, tight heat of a maiden were a terrifying combination. As Kushina approached her peak, Saiki's self-control finally began to crumble.
His heart rate spiked. His breathing grew heavy and ragged. The Qi inside his meridians turned turbulent.
Tsunade, monitoring his condition like a hawk, saw the signs of Saiki's impending eruption and mistook it for the treatment reaching a breakthrough.
She couldn't be blamed; Saiki's physiology was an enigma she hadn't fully cracked.
As the climax approached, Kushina's pale, delicate skin turned a vibrant shade of pink. She panted for air, beads of fragrant sweat drenching her forehead.
Seeing the shift in Saiki's state, Tsunade grew frantic. "It's working! Kushina, move faster! Don't stop!"
Despite her exhaustion and the sheer embarrassment of it, Kushina didn't dare hesitate. She let out a soft "Mm" and braced her hands against Saiki's lower abdomen, violently accelerating her pace.
The room was filled with the sound of gasping breaths, the groaning of the hospital bed, and the wet, heavy slapping of skin on skin.
With a final, satisfied "Aagh!" Kushina sat down hard, her body clamping tight. Her neck arched back, her Sapphire eyes rolling into her head as she went limp. Her skin was a glowing rose color, and her frame shivered with the force of her release.
Tsunade watched Kushina's reaction with a detached gaze. She didn't mock her; she knew her own responses had been even more primal earlier.
Her eyes remained fixed on the patient.
As Kushina squeezed him in her final spasm, the internal pressure became too much. A scalding current of life-force washed through the channel. Saiki couldn't hold back anymore. He let out a muffled groan, releasing all the pent-up tension of the night into her. His body buckled, and his breathing fell into total chaos.
Knowing this was the moment of awakening, Tsunade called out urgently, "Saiki! Wake up! Can you hear me?!"
Hearing her frantic voice, Saiki knew his "coma" was officially over. He slowly opened his eyes.
Kushina was jolted by the heat of his release. She snapped out of her daze instantly. Before she could even worry about the consequences of him coming inside her, Tsunade's voice pulled her gaze to Saiki's face.
Saiki had been awake, but his vision was still a bit foggy. The price of saving Kushina had been astronomical; his condition was still quite poor.
He looked up and saw Tsunade's breathtaking face inches from his, her eyes brimming with worry.
"Oh... Sister Tsunade? What's going on?" Saiki asked, his voice raspy and hoarse, affecting the confusion of someone who had just returned from the dead.
He subconsciously glanced at Kushina, who was still straddling his lap, sweat-soaked and breathless.
Tsunade, despite her concern, couldn't control her explosive temper once she saw he was conscious.
"You idiot! You almost died! Why didn't you tell me the risk? Do you have a death wish?!" If he didn't look like a ghost, she probably would have punched him right then and there.
"Don't say that, Sister Tsunade," Saiki sighed.
After her outburst, Tsunade realized how it sounded. She hurriedly turned to Kushina. "Kushina, I... I didn't mean it like that. Don't misunderstand."
Kushina, still exhausted, shook her head. "It's okay, Lady Tsunade. I know you were just worried about him. Thank you for helping save him."
She looked down at Saiki. Her face, already red, turned a deeper shade of crimson. She didn't say thank you; she just let out a breath. "Saiki... I'm so glad you're back."
Even though he had nearly burned out his soul, seeing their faces made Saiki feel it was all worth it. He had claimed them both.
He didn't know how to reply without sounding like he was fishing for credit. Finally, he just smiled. "I'm okay. Knowing you're safe, Sensei Kushina... that's all that matters."
Tsunade felt a pang of jealousy listening to their exchange. She interrupted them, looking sternly at Saiki. "If you ever pull a stunt like this again, I'll kill you myself! How do you feel?"
Now that Saiki was awake and the crisis had passed, the atmosphere turned impossibly thick with tension.
Sensing the impending awkwardness, Saiki maintained his "weak" facade. "I'm... I'm just really tired. I want to sleep."
He genuinely needed the rest. With their combined help, his foundation was stable.
But his words terrified them.
"No! You can't sleep! Where are you hurting?" Tsunade cried out. In her mind, if he closed his eyes now, he might slip away forever.
"Saiki, what do you need? I can keep going," Kushina added bravely, misinterpreting his request.
Saiki was stunned. "Uh... I'm really fine."
They assumed he was just trying to be a hero and comfort them. Tsunade, being the woman of action, looked at Kushina. "Kushina, get off. My turn."
Then she turned to Saiki. "You need the energy flow to continue to facilitate the recovery. We'll take turns until you're stable. Don't you dare close your eyes."
Saiki wanted to sleep, but facing two goddesses offering to ride him until sunrise... his body simply wouldn't let him say no. He gritted his teeth. Fine. I'll go until I die.
