My mate was probably the only person who could think this way and I wholeheartedly believed it. I didn't dread wanting to shift anymore. She would still be uncomfortable but I knew she rooted for me. And that was all that mattered now. "Let me walk you in. I'd visit the training ground and tell you how it went."
"How would you tell me? Scream?" She teased. "I'd join you instead… ahh ahh… yes, I'd go in first. I'd be in the room."
I smiled. "Do you want to connect your mind link to me?"
"Am I strong enough to take it?"
Was she serious? She still had her serious tone, with drips of worry. How strong did she think my mind link would be? We were mates to each other and it naturally paired up after a while together, but I couldn't wait anymore.
