Gojo was standing alone in the passageway. IFar away in front of him was Earth. A single glass pane separated him from the world he knew so much. Not surprisingly so the whole ship was above Japan.
Megumi had handed Gojo his earlier clothes. His pants fit him, but a bit shorter. But the short was an absolute disaster. His four arms couldn't be tucked inside the garment. So he covered his upper body with red haori.
Just as he was looking out into space, his eyes rolled to the side and he spotted Dabura and Sanso coming from the other end of the passage.
"I didn't introduce myself. I'm Dabura Kabara, the leader of the Simurians" he said and extended his hand.
Gojo shook hands with him. "Megumi had already given me a vague idea of everything. And you must be Sanso, the blood womb" he said tilting head towards Sanso.
"Yes I'm. It's nice meeting you, Gojo sama" Sanso replied gleefully.
Looking at him, Gojo remembered the other blood womb (Choso) that he met in Shibuya. He wondered what might have happened to him.
Dabura turned towards the earth and stared at it for quite a while.
"It will begin soon, the culling game?" He asked
Gojo didn't know about this and was pondering what he meant.
"Yes preparations are near completion. We only need to summon all the sorcerers into the area." Sanso told. "It will surely benefit us if we train for the occasion, who knows how powerful a sorcerer we might face"
Sanso was correct in his suggestion, but both Gojo and Dabura didn't share the same fear as him. Beings of caliber equal to them are few to exist. And in this faminished world, they are barely to be counted.
"Why don't we have a friendly spare with Gojo sama?" Sanso asked.
Dabura turned towards him hastily. Even Gojo who was keeping his single face eye close, slightly opened it, perhaps amused at the unexpected suggestion.
"Think before you speak Sanso" Dabura reprimanded him.
"What is the problem Dabura kun. Gojo sama is the mentor of Megumi and you already know that Megumi is the strongest sorcerer" Sanso said to Dabura.
"Megumi is the strongest!" the words blurted out of Gojo. Both of them turned towards him. "Well don't get me wrong. He certainly is a strong sorcerer. But he wasn't the strongest after all. There were many strong sorcerers. By the way I'm talking about a long time ago. Well, he had a lot of time to grow up and seeing that he is still kicking he might be the strongest one afterall"
"See, Dabura kun what I said" Sanso said.
"Stop it. This is disrespectful" Dabura spoke.
"No, no. This sounds interesting. Why don't we train some bit. I haven't stretched my muscles for ages. A short brawl won't hurt anyone, will it?" Gojo said.
Dabura was hesitant to fight, not that he was afraid but Megumi might hate it if he comes to know. But Sanso was pressing him more and more and it was becoming difficult to decline.
"Let's go there is a hall, specifically built for training. We will keep it short" Dabura said.
