In the evening, after everyone had left, Deya went to Frank and Jill's. She knew a special surprise awaited her brother tomorrow. Packing her things shortly before leaving, she looked at Yuno and said:
"Lately, your daddy has looked tense. Be a good girl and help him relax."
Twelve-year-old Deya was very mature. Over the years, she had understood many things. Now she was firmly convinced that her brother was behind the creation of the "Devils." When she confirmed this, her respect for her brother only grew. If it weren't for the fact that she served as her brother's main anchor, she would have asked to join their ranks. "I don't know where you're going, but I know it will be dangerous. So please be careful," Deya said, hugging her niece tenderly.
"Little aunt, you don't need to worry so much. I'll be very careful and take care of Daddy. You have fun too. It seems little Rocky has his eye on you. Don't forget to invite me to the wedding."

Most of her was sure Lily would be genuinely happy for her and Ray. But doubts still gnawed at the girl's soul.

"I hope you're right. I'm happy with Ray, but I wouldn't want to lose my friend."
At the cemetery, they shared what had happened in their lives recently. The girls placed their hands on the monument and whispered something. Ray was curious, but he understood the ladies might have their own secrets.
Ray, as usual, gave a small concert. People usually came to such places with alcohol, but neither Ray nor his ladies drank.
When they returned home a few hours later, Ray headed for the shower. Happiness wasn't in money, but its presence greatly eased Ray's life. When he ended up in a wheelchair, several bathrooms were equipped in his home, one of which was specially designed for someone in a wheelchair.
