Sand flew across the air as twin blurs of fire met each other!
Their fists met flesh, glowing with an otherworldly light as explosion after explosion rained down on the figures dancing amongst this chaos!
With a another deafening roar, the two colliding live grenades seperated
Katsumi bakugo, her hair dishevelled and breath laboured, stared intently at her brother
His appearance was similar to her own poor state, yet there were large distinctions
" Huuu~"
Natsuki took a deep breath, his expression flat and focused. His body didn't have any minor injuries, just his clothes were signed
"It seems you've been training hard, Katsu" His words, intended to deliver praise, felt like a physical blow to Katsumi
She looked at his calm, almost relaxed stance, her fist clenched tightly! "Then why the hell are you holding back on me! You think I can't take you?!"
Natsuki shook his head, "This was a training spar, though we got a little carried away in the end"
He started walking towards their bags,"Come on, we gotta go or the old hag will start a rant till our ears bleed"
He didn't get a reply, only the sound of 'angry' footsteps shuffling through the sand
He glanced at his sister, seeing her scowl, he sighed inwardly,"So have you thought about what you're hero name will be?"
He started a conversation. Thought she was indeed troublesome most of the time, she was still his younger sibling at the end of the day
His ambition had made his time with her limited not diminished his love and care for her.
"Hmm?"
He looked at the girl beside him in confusion

Her question made him pause, confusion clouding his face,"What's that supposed to mean? I'm your brother! Of course I care"
His voice rose in volume before settling down into a whisper he was sure she could hear
She just scoffed and looked away. Natsuki vaguely felt this had something to do with him keeping secrets from her
He felt his a mental link flare, kikyo appearing on the crown of his head, staring at Katsumi without a word
Katsumi, feeling a 'hostile' gaze on her turned back to Natsuki. Seeing the fluffy chubby fox on her brothers head, she didn't seem suprised
"Tch, the hell you looking at!? You fur-ball!"
"The hell you calling fur-ball! You explosive brocon!"
"Heh! There's no way an animal like you will win my brothers affection! Hmph the best you can be is a pet!"
"Hmph! You don't deny you're a brocon! Ugh disgusting, Natsuki stay away from this girl! She has malicious intent!"
Natsuki looked at the two, sister and Bijuu, arguing. He grabbed bother their heads and dragged them back with him
"The hell you doing! Let go stupid Onii-chan!"
"Wah! Natsu! Why me!? Let go! It's her fault not me!"
Natsuki ignored the two headache inducing machines he was dragging by the heads, continuing his way home
His frustration at being led by the nose by his younger sibling was gone and now he just wants to go home and change some of his plans for the future

Natsuki's eyebrow twitched at the mental conversation he was having with his other 'Pokemon'

Natsuki thought silently in his heart. The cannon was definitely fucked but some elements, no matter how derailed remain constant
After reaching back home, Katsumi headed straight towards the shower.
That in itself wouldn't have been a problem, if

"Katsumi, can you finish bathing already!"

This was the problem he was facing
The house has two bathrooms, one primarily for girls and the other for guys. For some inexplicable reason every time they come back from training, Katsumi always uses the males one
Kikyo, sitting atop his head, absent-mindedly bit into his ears, "Heh! She's trying to force you to look at her more! Whether it's with affection or not! She wants it"
Kikyo stood up and jumped into his arms, taking a deep breath, and smelling his scent
"That's just your one sided thoughts, Katsumi may have questionable traits but she is still—"
Natsuki stopped speaking when he saw the sneer in the little fox in his hands
"Natsu, do you honestly believe what you're saying! That girl is the same girl who refused to sleep in her room, always crawling into yours until you turned 12"
Natsuki opened his mouth, kikyo didn't let him say anything
"She's the culprit responsible for half your missing clothes, the other being myself of course "
"That doesn't me—"
Kikyo-sama once again ignored the young man's protests
"You know good and damn well that she values promises, yet you selectively ignore the one she made with you when you were—"
" Enough! Enough! Ok! I get it! You win!"
Natsuki wiped the sweat falling down his forehead. If he didn't stop this conversation, it would go down a dangerous path
"Natsuki! Himi-chan is here to get you!"
Natsuki sighed feeling a headache forming, he's been getting them a lot these few days. Some things are just better forgotten
And as if God decided to have mercy on him, a perfect distractions appeared. Without any delay, he walked towards the the sound of the voice to meet Himiko
As he entered the dining room, he saw toga and his mother chatting cheerfully, both blondes had natural communication skills
"Hey Natsuki! Ahh~ you look so cute with kikyo!"
Natsuki, kikyo still buried in his chest like a docile little puppy, deadpanned
"Stop acting cute in front of me, its giving me chills"
"You called me cute!"
"I'm leaving first, bye"
"Wait! I was just joking I was just joking"
Mitsuki Bakugo smiled fondly at the two people as they left, she suddenly turned to a the other end of the room, a slight headache forming as she looked at her hopeless daughter, glaring bloody murder at the pair
"My kids, so cute yet so troublesome at the same time" She whispered to herself, looking at the girl with mild exasperation
"Why don't you just go with him if you're so reluctant to see him go"
Katsumi turned away, towel wrapped around her soaking figure as she huffed
"I don't want to spend time with him at all"
Mitsuki sighed, looking at the girl as she hurried back to her room to change
"I didn't say you did"

Natsuki walked down the busy streets, the vampire beside him doing nothing to hide the bounce in her step
"What's with you, you look like a kid that are sugar at night"
"You're mom is very fun to be around"
"I've never heard a more terrifying phrase in my life"
"You're exaggerating! She's so chill, and is she really 37!? She looks so young!"
Natsuki stared at her blankly," You're lucky you're female, or I'm not sure what I would've done after hearing that comment"
Toga smiled, her sharp canine teeth gleaming in the light as she did
"What did you come get me for? I would've been at the apartment in 2 hours like usual, is there some kind of issue?"
Toga's smile didn't falter as she continued to hop beside him,"Eri missed you"
Natsuki:....
Toga, having been paying close attention to his face, noticed his change in expression immediately
"It's only been 2 days and you two are already attached, I'm kinda jealous of the little unicorn"
Natsuki fixed his somewhat stiff expression with difficultly,"Let's just get to the apartment already"
"Hai~"
It doesn't take long for them to see the familiar building, Toga didn't waste time when they reached the door, pulling out a key
Natsuki furrowed his brows,"Why do you have a key on you, no why is the door locked in the first place?"
Toga, halfway inside the apartment suddenly had a chill run up her spine,"ehahahah, Eh well Eri was kinda the only one inside soooo...."
Seeing the lack of amusement in Natsuki's gaze, she quickly realised that this excuse wasn't going to cut it
"Eri looked like she wanted to see you, like really really wanted to see you! And I had no other choice! Both Tsuna and Mei left me with her to go shopping!"
She added a lot of emphasis on 'shopping', as if afraid he won't understand how much worse the other two's 'sins' were
Natsuki, looking at the almost sweating expression of toga, finally let his hardened gaze soften.
He walked passed her, heading towards the mop of silver blue head peeking at the end of the hallway, his steps normally powerful, were now soft and quiet
Toga, her head bowed, calmed her heart quietly before looking up, finding Natsuki missing from his initial position had her scanning the hallway, her eyebrows twitching violently when she caught sight of him already walking into the dinning room with the little girl's hand in his
"Not close my ass! Both you and your sister are Tsunere!" Toga cursed inwardly following both figures into the apartment
