The next morning was a pain for little Mira. She woke up to the sound of a scream and the noise that came from objects falling messily and hitting the ground.
The next thing that happened was a yell for help and so many people surrounded the room little Mira was sleeping in. Mira raised her torso up the bed and used a hand to rub her eyes, still processing what that noise was when she saw people before her, all looking at her like she had done a terrible thing. It was then her eyes fell to her hands and body. Little Mira's breath caught, her breathing halted as she talked her eyes to the dead thing before her which had now attracted flies.
"How long do we keep up with this?! That demon child has no place among us!" An adult yelled.
"Why is the tribal chief waiting before pushing her away from the tribe? Who will be next? Is it till every cub in this tribe has fallen victim of her cannibalism?!" Another one yelled.
