"You have very delicate skin." One of the maidens attending to Mira stated as she scrubbed the back of her body in the hot stream.
Mira only dug her body deeper into the stream to line the water above her mouth but below her nostrils. She held what she wanted to say back in because she knew it would not be good.
These women were bathing her. They were all around her with bath scrubs and bath supplies, and were washing every single bit of her body like she was a baby. One was scrubbing her back and washing her hair. Another was taking care of Mira's feet, massaging and washing her with the bath scrub and rinsing her all at the same time. And the third, the eldest, was just telling them what to do while serving water into wooden bowls and pouring it over Mira's body even through they were all in the same stream.
Mira tried to talk her way out of this but it was futile. These women were way too strong willed that she anticipated and they would not leave her side for even a moment.
