Ash finally answered one correctly and pressed X.
Question 4
"Is the only move Magikarp knows at the beginning Splash? O or X?"

Ash almost laughed out loud, but quickly held it back. However, a strange snorting sound still echoed through the exam hall, making everyone laugh.

Red smirked, suppressing the urge to laugh.
Ash decisively chose O. Although Clefairy had previously been classified as a Normal-type Pokémon, after Red's paper was published, its type was reclassified as Fairy-type, which also explained why Clefairy didn't take damage from Dragon-type moves.
