"A Top-Grade Kun Pearl!"
"Fantastic! The True God is mighty!"
"We can finally set sail for home!"
Cheers resounded through the control room once more, even more intense than before.
The Cultivators were all beaming with joy, their eyes filled with anticipation.
It wasn't just because of the rewards True God Heiyan had promised, but also because they had been drifting on the Hongmeng Sea for a full thousand years, constantly accompanied by danger.
Even though True God Heiyan was powerful, the dangers on the Hongmeng Sea were even more terrifying!
If they were truly down on their luck and encountered a terrible sea storm or a Saint-level Primordial Chaos Alien Species, even True God Heiyan might not survive, let alone them.
Many people also breathed a long sigh of relief. Along the way, they had hunted several Hongmeng Giant Kun at the eternal true god realm, and had even encountered groups of Primordial Chaos Alien Species and powerful Primordial Chaos Spirits. All were narrow escapes. Now that they had finally found the Top-Grade Kun Pearl they dreamed of, they could finally start their return journey to the Eternal Continent to reunite with their families. How could they not be excited?
A trace of curiosity also rose in Han Xuanji's heart. He turned to look at Hui Feng beside him and asked softly:
"Brother Hui Feng, what kind of treasure is this Top-Grade Kun Pearl exactly?"
Hearing this, Hui Feng explained patiently:
"Brother Han might not know, but this Top-Grade Kun Pearl is no ordinary treasure. Only a Hongmeng Giant Kun that has reached the eternal true god realm or above can possibly gestate one within its body. It is extremely rare and is one of the core Materials for refining an Eternal Sacred Artifact."
He paused and added:
"You must know how precious an Eternal Sacred Artifact is. Even within the Nine Supreme Powers, only powerful Saints can possess them. And the Top-Grade Kun Pearl is one of the key Materials for refining an Eternal Sacred Artifact; its value is immeasurable."
"I see."
Han Xuanji nodded slowly, his heart stirring slightly.
On the Eternal Continent, divine weapons and Magic Treasures also have clear Rank classifications. From low to high, they are Chaos Divine Artifacts, eternal dao artifacts, and Eternal Sacred Artifacts. Each Rank is further divided into grades one through nine.
The great dao pagoda in his hand was a ninth-grade Chaos Divine Artifact. Its power was already impressive, and it was not far off even when compared to a first-grade eternal dao artifact. But even so, it still couldn't be considered a true eternal dao artifact.
He had heard Hun Qianling mention that as a Saint Family under the Holy Court, the Hun Family's foundation was already not weak, yet they currently only possessed two first-grade Eternal Sacred Artifacts.
These two Sacred Artifacts, even if they were only the lowest-level Eternal Sacred Artifacts, were already the clan-protecting treasures of the Hun Family. They were refined by the Hun Family's Old Ancestor back then by mobilizing the strength of the entire Family and consuming countless Heaven And Earth Treasures.
The other one was a special reward from a high-ranking figure of the Holy Court, which showed the scarcity and preciousness of Eternal Sacred Artifacts.
Furthermore, if one wanted to refine an Eternal Sacred Artifact, they basically had to seek out the Eternal Artifact Refiners of the Nine Supreme Powers. The cost of hiring them alone was not something an ordinary Eternal Saint could afford.
"Brother Han, this Top-Grade Kun Pearl is extremely hard to come by. Finding one this time was not easy; this is already the fifth Hongmeng Giant Kun we've hunted."
Hui Feng looked at Han Xuanji's thoughtful expression and continued:
"The True God plans to take this Kun Pearl back to the Eternal Chamber of Commerce to exchange it for chamber points."
For True God Heiyan, he didn't have the financial resources to forge an Eternal Sacred Artifact himself. Contributing it to the chamber would allow him to gain massive benefits, and the chamber certainly wouldn't mistreat one of its own. Regardless of its use, this Kun Pearl could bring huge profits to the chamber.
As the two were talking, the busy shouts of the Cultivators came from ahead. The smile on Hui Feng's face vanished, and he cupped his hands toward Han Xuanji, his tone sincere:
"Brother Han, my apologies. Everyone is busy cleaning up the battlefield right now, so I have to go lend a hand. I can't chat with you any longer."
Han Xuanji quickly waved his hand and smiled:
"Brother Hui Feng, no need for formalities. Business comes first. Go ahead and get busy. If there's a chance in the future, I'll consult you again regarding the Path of the Physical Body."
"You got it!"
Hui Feng agreed with a smile, turned, and walked quickly toward the control console. He joined the busy team, assisting in salvaging the carcass of the Hongmeng Giant Kun. His movements were crisp and efficient; he was clearly a veteran at this.
Han Xuanji and Hun Qianling stood there, watching the busy scene before them, feeling a bit out of place for a moment.
After all, they were guests invited onto the ship by True God Heiyan, not members of the fleet. Naturally, there was no reason for others to ask for their help.
Not long after, a tall middle-aged man wearing silver armor walked over quickly and said to the two of them:
"You two, the True God has ordered that since the fleet is busy cleaning up the battlefield, it is inconvenient to host you right now. The True God specifically instructed that you two go to the lounge to rest first. Within the warship, except for critical areas like the armory, you may move around freely. There is no need for restraint."
Han Xuanji and Hun Qianling looked at each other and quickly cupped their hands in thanks:
"Many thanks for the True God's kindness. We'll trouble you to lead the way, sir."
Under the Cultivator's guidance, the two passed through layers of corridors toward the ship's rest area. Along the way, they could still see busy Cultivators. When they saw the two, there was a bit more respect in their expressions rather than the initial indifferent glances. Clearly, they also knew how much True God Heiyan valued these two guests.
A moment later, the Cultivator brought them to a spacious and elegant area. This was a place specifically used for resting and secluded meditation.
There were many rooms here; only a small portion were currently in use, while most were vacant.
"You two, this is the lounge the True God prepared for you. Additionally, the True God specifically asked me to arrange a cultivation chamber for you to use free of charge."
"Meals will also be delivered on time. Please feel free to rest easy."
"If you have any needs, just crush this transmission jade talisman, and someone will come to assist you."
The silver-armored man handed over two crystal-clear jade talismans, then bowed and took his leave, turning back to attend to his own duties. Hearing about such good treatment, Han Xuanji nodded slowly, feeling that this True God Heiyan was really someone he could get along with!
He knew in his heart that this kind of treatment was already a huge privilege—ordinary fleet members couldn't even walk around the ship at will, let alone have a dedicated cultivation chamber and personal meal delivery. This treatment was comparable to that of a mid-level Cultivator in the fleet, clearly a special instruction from True God Heiyan.
Hun Qianling, however, was somewhat silent, her thoughts unknown.
After the silver-armored man left, Hun Qianling pulled Han Xuanji into the lounge and casually set up a soundproofing Formation. The joy on her face gradually faded, replaced by a hint of worry.
She leaned close to Han Xuanji and said in a low voice that only the two of them could hear:
"Brother Xuanji, don't you think it's strange? This True God Heiyan is being too good to us, isn't he? A dedicated cultivation chamber, personal meal delivery, and even the privilege to move around freely. I always feel a bit uneasy, even a bit afraid. Could he have some other intentions?"
It wasn't that she was overthinking, but rather that True God Heiyan was treating them a bit too well!
So well that she felt it was somewhat unreasonable.
