Chapter 201 - Chapter 200: The Singer from the Cosmos

"Haha, it's alright. This kind of easygoing and cheerful personality actually makes life much easier. Yunli, aren't you exactly like that too? But the feeling Miss Mo Xin gives me is indeed quite similar to a few of my friends."

"Hey, don't lump this lady in with this dummy, hey!"

"See? Isn't Yunli usually this straightforward with her words and actions?"

"Hmph—"

Hearing this, Yunli gave a light hmph, her cheeks reddening slightly as she huffed and crossed her arms, turning her head away.

Looking at her indignant yet cute appearance, Robin's lips curled into a slight smile.

Faced with a woman like Robin who was "battle-hardened," a green girl like Yunli naturally couldn't compare.

Mo Xin completely ignored Master Yun Li's deflated look; her attention was entirely captured by Miss Robin's words of praise.

"Eh? Really!"

She playfully stuck out her tongue, her cheeks flushing slightly as she scratched her head in embarrassment.

"It's not really like that. It's just that life in the past was already hard, so I figured—why put so much pressure on myself normally?"

"Wait? You don't actually think she's praising you, do you?!!"

Yunli raised an eyebrow, her tone tinged with mockery.

Robin's lips curved slightly, her eyes filled with approval.

"Yes, I didn't expect Miss Mo Xin to be such an incredibly strong girl too.

"This point is also very similar to my friends. They are all optimistic and cheerful companions who do not fear hardships or dangers."

"Eh? Really?!!"

Mo Xin's eyes instantly lit up, her voice full of excitement.

"If possible, I'd really like to meet them in the future!"

Her eyes sparkled, filled with both the joy of being recognized by Robin and a strong curiosity about the friends she mentioned.

After all, according to what Miss Robin said, they might truly become best friends who could talk about anything.

Looking at Mo Xin's sparkling eyes, Robin only smiled slightly and didn't give a definite answer.

Although she wasn't lying, whether the two sides could actually meet remained an unknown.

However, feeling the other's sincere gaze, Robin could mention a few words.

And so, Robin smiled slightly, blinking her eyes as her fingertip thoughtfully touched her chin.

"Yes, they are Trailblazers from the Astral Express. Among them, March 7th and Stelle, whom I am familiar with, give me a very similar feeling to you, Mo Xin."

"Mhm, mhm... March 7th and Stelle... those are truly unique names... hmm...Eh? Eh?!!"

At first, Mo Xin hadn't reacted yet and was still listening intently.

But after processing it carefully, her eyes suddenly widened as she finally realized something was off.

Mo Xin (*゚ロ゚)!!: 'Chotto matte, March 7th... isn't that the name of my eldest senior sister whom I've never met?!'

At this thought, Mo Xin's mind instantly became a mess.

Her eyes widened as a thought flashed through her mind.

Could they just share the same name?

But in an instant, she immediately dismissed that guess.

After all, the probability of such a seemingly random name coinciding so perfectly and being heard by her...

So...

Mo Xin: (◐ o ◑ )

The chaotic information almost caused Mo Xin's brain to crash.

It wasn't until her gaze accidentally caught a fleeting look of surprise on Yunli's face that she found a precious clue to break the deadlock.

Mo Xin's thoughts suddenly drifted, recalling how Master Yun Li seemed uninterested in this star from the beginning, even suggesting they were already acquainted...

In that instant, a flash of inspiration struck Mo Xin's mind.

So in the next second, Mo Xin's gaze shifted between Yunli and Robin, her voice carrying a hint of imperceptible tension and urgency.

"Master Yun Li, could it be that Miss Robin is actually from your world too?"

Though it was a question, Mo Xin didn't avoid Robin and threw her doubt out directly.

She already had a general conclusion in her heart; these words were merely to hear what Miss Robin and Master Yun Li had to say, or to confirm whether her guess was correct.

Seeing that her disciple's gears seemed to be turning, Yunli didn't hide anything either.

"I wouldn't say I know her. Robin's fame in the cosmos is indeed quite large, but I'm really not interested in idol-chasing, and she's not a skewer of meat. But it's just a few words I happened to hear while chatting with Stelle and March 7th in the past."

"What?!! Doesn't that mean you really do know each other!"

"Is there something wrong with your ears? I clearly just said—I only know of her! This is actually our first time meeting, okay!"

"Eh?!!

"Wait... does that mean Miss Robin is also an Otherworlder?!!"

"Idiot Mo Xin, are you just realizing this now? Your brain really needs to go back to the forge."

...

Robin (。ŏ_ŏ)?: 'Did I say something I shouldn't have?'

In Robin's emerald eyes, haziness and confusion intertwined.

She, who had only intended to have a casual chat, seemed to have inadvertently let slip something she shouldn't have.

She blinked her large, innocent, watery eyes.

Her gaze first fell on the two people in front of her—Mo Xin was full of excitement, chirping away with questions, while Yunli was pouting and muttering incessantly with a look of disdain.

Then, she turned her head and scanned the gazes gradually gathering from around the café.

Robin: (๑•. •๑)

Robin's eyes closed slightly, like trembling wings.

Her slender fingertips glowed with a jade-like light, and as she gently waved them, wisps of pale purple radiance flowed from her fingertips like drifting stardust.

A moment later, she opened her eyes.

Within her emerald pupils, a glimmer of light flashed before quietly fading away, as though it had never existed.

Looking at the two little ones arguing incessantly before her, Robin chuckled helplessly.

She first gently smoothed her hair, tucking the stray strands behind her ear with movements as graceful as preening feathers.

Then, she raised one jade-like finger to her chin while her other hand elegantly picked up the coffee cup on the table.

Her lips lightly touched the rim as she took a shallow sip, the mellow aroma of coffee quietly diffusing through the air.

She adjusted her sitting posture, her back straight as a pine.

Her eyes curved with a smile as she quietly gazed at the close pair before her, as though guarding this warm and noisy scene.
