The roar shook creation itself.
Not merely sound.
but existence.
The skies fractured violently above the neutral sanctuary while black storms spread across distant realms like living nightmares. Ancient rivers reversed direction. Floating mountains trembled. Even the threads of Balance around Luke screamed in agony.
One of the seals had broken.
And everyone felt it.
The crystal courtyard erupted into chaos immediately.
Neutral guardians rushed to defensive positions while ancient barrier spirits reinforced the sanctuary walls with trembling urgency. The Father of All stood motionless at the center of the courtyard, his golden aura burning brighter than ever before.
But beneath that light… Luke sensed something he had never felt from him before.
Worry.
Real worry.
Lucien instinctively pulled Luke behind him while infernal flames erupted around his body protectively.
"No one leaves the sanctuary," he ordered sharply.
"The distortions are spreading too quickly!" one guardian shouted. "Entire pathways between realms are collapsing!"
The Spirit Guide rose fully into the air, massive silver wings spreading across the courtyard as its ancient eyes focused beyond the fractured skies.
Then the suddenly dragon stiffened.
No….....
Luke immediately looked up.
"What is it?"
The Spirit Guide's voice lowered into something almost fearful.
It's already crossed into the outer realms.
Silence crashed over the courtyard.
The Father of All closed his eyes briefly as though confirming the truth through the currents themselves.
Then slowly… he nodded.
"It escaped faster than anticipated."
Luke's chest tightened.
"What escaped?"
Nobody answered immediately.
And somehow… that terrified him more.
Far beyond the neutral sanctuary, hidden between collapsing dimensions and forgotten void currents, something ancient moved through darkness for the first time in countless ages.
Massive claws carved through unstable reality itself.
Stars dimmed as the creature passed.
Entire void storms bent unnaturally around its presence.
Its body was enormously formed not completely from flesh, but from shifting darkness and broken cosmic matter. Ancient glowing symbols burned across its skin like cursed stars while countless hollow eyes opened and closed across its massive form.
And wherever it moved… reality weakened.
The First Primordial had awakened.
Back within the sanctuary, Luke could barely breathe beneath the crushing tension surrounding everyone.
The Spirit Guide finally descended back toward the ground slowly.
Its name is Vaelthoros, the dragon said grimly. The Devourer of Laws.
Even the ancient guardians visibly recoiled at the name.
Luke frowned slightly.
"Devourer… of laws?"
The Father of All stepped forward now.
"Vaelthoros was among the strongest Primordials during the ancient chaos wars," he explained heavily. "It does not conquer realms through ordinary destruction."
Luke listened carefully.
"It consumes the laws holding existence together."
The boy's face paled slightly.
"What does that mean?"
The Spirit Guide answered quietly:
Gravity fails around it. Time fractures. Death loses meaning. Reality itself begins collapsing.
Luke swallowed hard.
"That's impossible…"
"No," Lucien muttered darkly. "Unfortunately, it isn't."
Suddenly, the pendant around Luke's neck began glowing again.
Everyone turned instantly.
Golden light pulsed from the crescent pendant stronger than before, sending streams of warm energy through the courtyard.
Luke grabbed it instinctively as strange whispers filled his mind.
Not dark whispers.
Warm ones. Ancient ones.
Guiding him.
His eyes widened slightly.
"I can feel something…"
The Father of All stepped closer immediately.
"What do you feel?"
Luke closed his eyes carefully.
The golden light around the pendant intensified.
A vision exploded into his mind.
Luke stood within an endless golden ocean beneath unfamiliar stars. Ancient ruins floated across the horizon while massive streams of light crossed the skies above him like living rivers.
And standing ahead of him…
was Celestia.
Luke's breath caught instantly.
"Mum…"
She looked exactly as he imagined from everyone's stories, beautiful, radiant silver hair flowing softly around her, golden eyes warm and gentle, her presence calming the chaos around him instantly.
But something felt strange.
Almost distant.
Like a memory fighting to remain whole.
Celestia smiled softly at him.
"My little star…"
Luke's eyes filled immediately.
"Mum…"
He tried running toward her but the distance between them never changed.
"Listen carefully," she said gently. "There isn't much time."
Luke froze.
"The Heart of Creation is calling you because it remembers me," she whispered. "I carried part of its resonance unknowingly… and now you carry something even deeper."
Luke's heartbeat quickened.
"I don't understand."
"You will," she answered softly. "But first, you must survive what's coming."
The skies behind her suddenly darkened violently.
Massive primordial shadows appeared beyond the golden horizon.
Celestia's expression shifted immediately.
"Vaelthoros cannot be allowed to fully awaken," she said urgently now. "If it reaches the central currents, the realms will begin collapsing permanently."
Luke clenched his fists.
"How do I stop it?"
For the first time, sadness crossed her face.
"You cannot stop it yet."
Those words crushed him instantly.
"But you can find the one thing capable of resisting it."
"The Heart of Creation…" Luke whispered.
Celestia nodded slowly.
Then her image flickered violently.
"The path will lead you beyond the known realms… to the Sanctuary at the Edge of Dawn."
Luke repeated the words carefully.
"The Edge of Dawn…"
"The Heart is hidden there."
The darkness behind her grew closer.
Then suddenly, Celestia smiled softly again despite the chaos surrounding her.
"I'm proud of you, Luke."
His throat tightened painfully.
"Mum wait....."
"You are never alone."
Then the vision shattered completely.
Luke gasped sharply as he returned to the courtyard.
The pendant dimmed slowly against his chest while everyone stared at him anxiously.
Lucien immediately stepped forward.
"What happened?"
Luke looked up slowly, still shaken.
"I saw her…"
Silence fell instantly.
The Father of All's eyes widened slightly.
"Celestia?"
Luke nodded weakly.
The Spirit Guide stared intensely at the pendant now.
Residual resonance memory… incredible…
Lucien's expression became unreadable.
"What did she say?" he asked quietly.
Luke looked toward the fractured skies above the sanctuary.
Then softly answered:
"She told us where the Heart of Creation is."
The entire courtyard froze.
Even the winds stopped moving for a moment.
Luke's golden eyes hardened slowly as the weight of destiny settled deeper around him.
"The Sanctuary at the Edge of Dawn."
Far beyond the realms…
Vaelthoros opened thousands of burning hollow eyes.
And somewhere deep within the darkness…
It smiled.
