The Hollow Lantern, Black Parade, and Ticking Death were all Gemini Rank Vestiges, thus they were powerful but not exactly strong. But in this battle, they were the most useful.
With each of them possessing just two Characteristics each, the Hollow Lantern had the ability to reveal lies and, although it wasn't nearly strong to the rate of distortions the Executor created, it still did a magnificent job in revealing a small percentage of the distortions.
Black Parade was a tattered banner with the ability to strengthen allies and establish dominance, while Ticking Death was the main weapon; it looked almost out of place.
Lucien moved first as the goblins pressed in again, stepping forward and cutting a clean path so Leo could keep moving without stopping, while Black Parade stayed active behind them and kept the pressure on their side stable so the weaker students in the distance did not collapse under the remaining goblin waves.
